Hey i have a question!! actually two, that i would really appreciate being answered.First of all, im doing the CosmoGirl Abs thingy for two weeks...I've done 1 week + a day already....but there were two days were i didnt do it at all.....one of the days was a 'break' day for me as i was busy allll day, and the other day i just did cardio and was exhausted....will that make a difference? Because in a mater of 14 days, 1/7th is alot right?? And lastly, My routine is 20 minutes of cardio every day (kickboxing so its pretty high-leveled), then 10 minute (CG) abs, and 15 pushups, and 15 tricep pushups.Is this enough?? Please let me know.

Im not feeling good right now, today I had a low fat pop tart 130 cals, lunch I had a ham sandwhich, lettuce, tomato, mayo mustard, and water, a 100 cal pack and two apples. Im feeling light headed and my stomach feels funny, Replys would be greatly appreciated!

HEy guys I didnt loose any weight this week or gain any so i am happy I am goin to start working extra hard and even ask my friend after basketball season is over if she wants to go to the weight room after school and stuff. She wants to try out for basketball next year so we are goin to help each other make varsity sicne I have been playin since freshmen year and we are goin to be juniors next year. That way we can both make varsity and letter in it. I am really goin to try hard and maybe play softball this year but I dont no. Well ttyl and good luck everyone

Man i dont know what to eat, because like i want to eat healthy around 1200 calories, but like for B i have egg whites on 2 pieces of light wheat bread and then lunch i have salad a yougart and an apple but it never seems like i have enough calories plus dinner..any suggestions on what to eat?

Hi guys! U guys are probably getting sick of me, but I just wanted to ask if going sledding burns a lot of cals. Today I went sledding for 1 1/2 hrs with my friends and the hill was big. Climbing up it was A WORKOUT!! By the time I got back to the top I was exausted!! BUT IT WAS SOOOO FUN!!! My friends and I went about 20 times up and down the hill. thankz! ~jenna~

Hey guys! So far i have been on my diet for 1 and a half weeks and I have lost 5pounds! All I have been doing is eating better and excerising. Its winter so I cant do to much excerising but I go sown stairs to work out (wish we had a tredmill) I am 5'4" and I weigh 139(now)I want to be 110-115lbs Hope I can reach my goal by summer!! Thanks guys!

Hi Guys! How are u doing? I feel so bad. I have lost 10 lbs so far, but i think that I have gained some of it back. I went to this restaurant yesterday and I think that i pigged out. I think that i have gained 3 lbs back. I know some of it is probably water weight, though. I looked at myself in the mirror and I saw this huge fat hippo. I didn't want to start crying. I felt terrible. You can't even tell if I lost weight. I used to weigh 215lbs. Now I weigh 205lbs, i probably weigh more now. Good luck to all of you guys. thanx- ~jenna~

.. and also, when is it really better to eat around excersize? if i dont eat before excerssize ei get faint feeling, but i hear that you lose more fat that way? i've been going like 20 mmin after i eat, is that ok?

Ok I am at 158lbs and I am 5ft 8 inches. I will try to lose 13 more pounds tell I am 145 lbs. Anyone have a guess when I will reach that if I stay true to my wieght loss plan. Since for one usual day I eat 2 pieces of toast with jam with a glass of orange juice for breakfeast with 3 small strips of chicken along with 5 small potatoe wedges with a glass of water for lunch and for dinner I have a piece of barbecue chicken with a salad with a glass of milk. And usually for a snack I will have fruits and vegetables. And what is odd for me is I can resist cookies, chips, and pizza now. It is very odd since I once couldn't stop eating these things. im gonna stick to a diet the nxt couple of weeeks. cos im goin shopping in around 18 days and i want to get into the nxt size down which fit but i wldnt be seen out in cos thre waaay to tight. and if i do fit into them then finding clothes will b easier cos il be in like normal sizes. anyways il let u no if i do it.

hi i really want to lose another 10 lbs before my vacation on march 7-12 to cancun with my boyrfriend!! i excersize about 4 times / week for an hour ( 30-40 min cardio, about 15-20 weights) and i eat low fat adn healthy foods -1200 calories worth- per day. I dont kknow what else to do!! I had a super bad weekend, like i gained 3 lbs i know it's water weight part of it, but honestly i feel like i've just been super fat lately , like my pants dont' fit as well, but i really amm not eating much different!! please help waht else can i do to lose 10 lbs in that short of time!?
