today i did really good!! i had cheer and dance practice for 3 hours so i didnt work out after that...for breakfast i had a cup of decaf coffee with fake sugar lol and cream (70 cals) and a granola bar thing (200 cals) for lunch i had a coffee but it wasnt tha healthy kind...(200 cals) and i had lots of waterrrrr....im proud of myself for today :)

Oh yea sry I forgot.....Cristina about those green tea pills...I use these cheap mega green tea pills, they're like $4 a box and its like for 14 days. I think they work I mean maybe its just me but it gets all ur water weight off and gives me extra energy which boosts my metabolism but idk again maybe its just me but u still have to watch what u eat and blah blah but thats what I use so yea there ya go! LoL! *muahz*

Ok, i am going on Spring Break at the end of march and i really want to lose 10 pounds. Right now i am exercicing for 1 1/2 hours 6 times a week. thats great from my point of veiw but i kinda got this eating problem!! i never want to stop. not literally, but im on the Special K diet and i never stop snacking!!! Does anyone got some tips or pointers that i can use or/and exercise tips.. Thanks sweeties!!!

Hey again all! Whats goin on with u guys? Not too much here just chillin just got home. I'm a wrestling manager for my highschool (so if theres any wrestlers out there I luv ya already!) and the coach asked me to go help with a middle school meet today so I did that. It was so much fun! This lil 7th grader who idk thought he was a pimp or sumthin saw me talking on my cell phone and he comes ova and goes could i have that numba so i could give ya a holla. I like fell ova laughing it was so cute tho! LoL newayz um today lets see when I weghed in this morning i lost 2 lbs so I'm down to 171. Not bad...LoL! Um today for breakfast I had yougurt, then lunch I split sum popcorn chicken with a friend and resses pieces :/ I'm bad I know but they R SOOO GOOD! hehe then for dinner I had easy mac and sum ritz bitz. My 18th bithday is coming up in three months. I am orgainzing a big party and loads of people, many of who i fancy, will be going. I need to lose weight for this an am looking at losing two stone. I know it can be done, and i was just wondering which diet you would suggest would be best for it??  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

k so im already like eating 1200 cals a day and excersizing almost an hour / day like 4-5 times a week.. but i have stopped losing kind of but i need to lose 10 more lbs by the end of feb im going to cancun again this year w/ my boyfriend yay!! how can i up my losing streak im on a PLATEAU!!! i can't exactly eat LESS, and i honestly have no more time to excersize than what i do! shoudl i just change the routine? or cut out 100 cals? i know its 1200 min but i need to lose 10 more asap!

THE BEST WAY TO WATCH WHAT YOU EAT:
-write down EVERYTHING that you put into your mouth
-think this "a minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips"
-I also like to keep a journal, kinda like this site that i keep my thoughts about how i did today and like if i lost or not. i started getting up about 20 minutes earlier so i could write before the day and after the day. try it. you might boost your resultz// pease out

if i still eat 1200 cals a day but at night like 400 of those in veggies and fat free cheese topping on it will i still lose weight? i heard eatting before bed is bad but if its veggies!! also how much will that effect my weight in water weight when i weigh in in the morning?

Okay! Yesterday was my first day. Can you tell me how I did? Breakfast: Bowl of Oatmeal, Lunch: Bottle of water and ice cream cone (I know, but it was the only thing that looked remotely good at school), Supper: Bow tie noodles and spagetti sauce (made by my mom!)Please reply!
