Hey Whats up all. I didin't no how I was gona say this but ill say it i got boobs and im male and its pissing me off i workout alot nothing changed i tried diet if someone had this prob or know someone who did im really interest it to read what u got to say. thenks so much!!!!!! i hope its liek thet they diseper after i grow it better or ill kill my self jk but really ill get in fights with pepel from my school if they make fun of me in gym class.

gosh i just dont know if i did good or bad. okay so i woke up and ran 3 miles and i was gonna just have a protein shake then wait till diner. but i had a protein shake (300 cals) and then a lil later i was hungry so i had a nutrigrain bar (140 cals) then a lil later i was hungry AGAIN and i ate half of this huge orange. now im gonna try to eat a healthy dinner but im afraid i ate too much! did i? or is it okay to eat like nutri grain bars n stuff n oranges?

O man I am so angry at my self. I am 5ft 8 inches and 160 lbs. I spend so much money on food it is ridiculous. I tell myself I will by just a sandwich at lunch but then I tell myself just for one day I will buy some chips and a soda and so on. It makes me angry and frustrated.I wear baggy t shirts since I am told by my brothers I have man boobs and it gets me mad. I have always struggled with my wieght since I was in the 4 th grade. i was 150 lbs in the sixth grade and my wieght gos up and down. I think I eat so much since I am stressed over many issues from getting my permit, school, job, and some very personal issues i don't wish to post openly. I know it feels odd for a guy to worry about his weight but all my brothers, friends, and stuff are thin to the point where I get really frustrated.

Ok, so heres the deal- starting the week afternext(i have someting next week so i cant start then) I am goin to have 3 hard hours of bball a week(2 days), 2 hours of jogging (straight for an hour 2 days), and twice swimming. I have jsut started swimming so I am starting with 1000meters (10laps). Along with healthy eating (and im giving up chocolate and meat for Lent) do you think i can loose about 40 lbs by June/July? Oh and only water!! Please tell me what you think!!

hey.. yall i was just thinking back... i am now 14 5'7 an weighing 243 lbs... I am n the 9th grade! when i was in 5th grade i weighed 140.. then n 6th i weighed 160...then the summer between 6th to 7th or 7th to 8th i weighed 213!!! there is a huge difference! how did this happen i wonder... well last night i saw a movie, which inspored me... i was with my friend n i saw Coach Carter... thru the process of going n and out of the theater on the other side of town.. i saw many ppl i envy, am jealous of.. n wish so badly i could be like them! This movie was an inspiration it showed me dreams r possible... they dont happen over night but with hard work .. anything can be accomplished! Ive tried many diets, but none have seemed to work.. or is it me.. i gave up or just didnt work or try hard enough?!? it makes me wonder?!? how would my life be today if i didnt do this or i did that... neways... if i still eat 1200 cals but like 300 are right before bed ( popcorn 94% fat free) will i lose weight still on my 1200 calorie diet?

I dont think that i am going to eat enough after my game which is going to be my dinner, does any one know what i could eat that is healthy but i could still leave in the car or whatever when i am playing?

well- at leasat i lost weight this week instead of gaining. i lost 2.4 pounds. i just ate less calories and exersized a little. i know i can lose even more by adding exersize more. i ordered a chinup bar and i'm going to try to gain muscle and cut down on my fat so i can really have a nice body! i'm still 31.0% fat so i'm going to change that...i think my goal body fat % will be 21%. i still have 35lbs to lose. grrr. oh well- one day at a time, right guys? good luck everyone! push yourselves and you'll succeed!

WEll i dont think today was a good day, i feel that i did horrible. well for B i had 2 pieces of light wheat toast(70 cal) and a banana in it, then i had about 7 grapes, for Lunch i had a light and fit yougart with a banana and blended them together in the blender, and had 2 pieces of light wheat toast with jam, then i had a toostie roll and another small piece of choclate, and a few pieces of buttery popcorn that my sister was eating. and then later tonight i have indoor soccer and i cant eat dinner before because ill feel sick so i am going to eat after but it has to be small becuase i am going to my friends bball game and then her house and it will be too late so for dinner i am going to have a special K bar, crackers and an apple is that okay or did i eat too much, i will probably end up bringing something else to eat for dinner

I think I did pretty good overall today. Breakfast, a small bowl of honey nut cheerios, lunch a salami sandwhich and a small glass of lemondade dinner two fried chicken wings and a spoonful of corn..how did I do? btw no exercise today except shoveling snow :)
