Hey.well heres my plan.i want to lose 10-15 pounds by the end of february.That plenty of time.but the thing is im goin to work hard as hell as if i need to lose more than 10-15 pounds.It would be way easier if i had some help.Does anyone want to be diet buddies?i dont really care if you're wantin to lose 150pounds or just 5.My email is amalkouadria@aol.com

Hey guys!! Okay yesterday I went to the bookstore with my mom and I saw this mini book for 4 dollars and it had the calories of absolutly EVERYTHING. I got it and I keep track of everything. Its such a fun way to loose weight and you get some great ideas for healthy snacks and meals. You guys can get it at a bookstore in the diet section. Its a little book and theres many brands!

someone PLEASE help me i am soooo frikkin fat!!!! hey everyone....i went to the gym last night for 1 hour and 15 minutes and the first 30 minutes i was on the tredmill.....the other 15 minutes i was on the bike...then the rest of the time i lifted weights and worked on my abs.....do you think that would help meif i do it everyday?? How long do you think it would take me to get rid of 20 pounds if i keep on doing what i do evrey night???? This morning i figured that i might stop doing the low carb diet and just eat healthy like fruits and vegetables and meats!!! Does anyone think that is a good idea??? PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS.....Thanx.....RAchel

i want to loss 30lbs but the time prom comes i its in april... so i have about 2 or 3 months. I have been drinking nothing but water and eating less. would that help my lose the weight in time?

hay ladies, on the 30th of december was my birthday i turned 17 and i feel really mad at my self for eating all that i did !! i ate 1slice of ice cream cake. a bowl of chips some pizza 3 chicken wings and 1 1/2 glasses of soda. and know for that party that i have in 7 days i am going to look like a big fat pig. can yall help me loose about 6 more lbs? !!!!!please!!!!!!!!!!~~
