Hey, i'm 5"7 and i weigh 185 i would like to get down to 160 by april-may ish. i would like to lose my belly and get some abs and look good(i don' wanna be really muscular just toned . starting tomorroe i am going to the weight room three times a week at 7:20 in the morn. at skewl and running the other 2 if i keep this up and do some other exercises do you think i can do it?? and i ould appreciate and help thanx.REPLY ASAP THANX:D:D:D

hey guys im male, 14 and 5'5". im about 185 lbs which isn't very good for my height. if anyone has any tips or anything to help me lose weight (im going to australia next summer and i want to feel more confident about myself) please reply.

Some one please tell me whats going on: About half an hour after i got back from b-ball practice i ate dinner. And then as soon as i left the table i had to throw up! I ended up throwing up everything i ate today. I do NOT have a weak stomach and i didnt throw up on purpose- i couldnt help it, it felt like i was sick and it just happened. Why did this happen? The b-ball training was really really rigerous(sp), could that be the reason? It hasnt happened before though, and ive eaten after on other ocasions. And i wasnt sick today either, at all. And i promise im not anorexic or anything, the last thing i want to be doing is throwing up!

well with my post about what i said about my mom saying it looks like im gettting bigger and i can tell i am i think i am more then 160 i havent weighed myself i always forget or just dont want to! i am 5ft 160 want to get down to 100 lbs it, the weight thing on this site said 30 weeks to loose 60 lbs i really need to any tips or sites or anything will help exersises etc... thanks and good luck everybody :)

Hey everyone! I am 5'9" and am somewhere between 170 and 180lbs, i dont know for sure because i dont have access to a scale or anything. But i do know i need to loose wiehgt becuase of the way i feel and look. I used to be something like 160, but i wasnt happy there. but then i forgot about my whole wieght problem for a while and when i checked in again, i had gained a whole lot more! So the plan is to loose like 30 or 40lb by next June. I am out of the country right now, and i want to come home (in june) feeling good about myself! I am watching what i eat, sort of. I make smal changes, like no second helpings and i drink this yummy lemon flavored mineral water stuff instead of soda. And then starting today i am doing Pilates everyday, and also this book my mom sent me for getting in shape for the Canadian Air Force. Dont ask why she had that, cuz i dont know, but i do think it will help! YAY. writing this has gotten me all pepped up!

hey i HATE myself. i weigh 160lbs. and i feel fat, ugly, and very funny about myself. i would LOVE to wear a bikkini and have a nice flat stomache showing. i mean it's not like i'm not active. i dance 4 days a week (2-5 hours each time), and after schools out (2:30) i walk/jog about 5 miles...why am i sooo fat?

Today I decided to keep a food journal. To notice all the bad junk food I'm eating. I always read success stories and so that's what I hear that people do is keep food journals to begin there weight loss journey.

ahhh yall i never thought i would see the day when i got back up to 160 pounds i think i am going to die!!! is started out at 175 then got down to 140 but i have gained 20 pounds i think i am going to cry i cant stand it grrr i just want to kill myself i am starting a diet tommorrow ...weight watchers... but i dont think i can wait to get this all off i dont know what i am going to do......life sucks big big big time

Hello I have been in a rutt with my diet latly. No weight loss since 3 weeks i am at 161 from my peak of 165 and I think it has to do with my lunch. I order smaller portions of my school lunch but even small portions are fattening and large. So do you think if I replace the school lunch and replace it with fruit and a chocalte chip granola chewy bar I can lose weight. I really want to lose some wieght for my skinny tall brother can stop bugging me about my wieght. Thnx for any help
