okay so..here's what ive eaten today..tell me if its okay! I dont seem to be losing! honey comb-300sub-400green beans-50apple-50gatorade-90piece of turkey-30 and for dinner..ill try to stay about 500! i ran 2 miles and had bball for 45 min! help!

its been exactly one week today since i have been eating smaller potions of food and not eating when im not hungy...which means that ive been skipping dinner sometimes bc when i eat chicken at lunch im full the rest of the day...i have been doing 1 hour of pillates and 1 hour of speed walking everyday and i have lost 4.5 lbs!!! i want to be 125 lbs and right now im 141.5 and im 5'6...when i get under 140 im going to be soooo excited bc its sooooo hard for me to get under that this year...cheerleading starts next month too! wish me luck!

Hi, My name is Amy.. Im 17 and Im definitely overweight.Im 4'11'' and weight about 140 lbs which isnt good for my height.. plus I have a really small bone structure..My mom keeps telling me to do something about it because Im just getting bigger n bigger n if I dont do something..eventually it wont be possible.. but I just cant seem 2 motivate myself.. I dont know why but deep inside I just dont feel like its possible for me to lose the weight.. I really want to but I just dont know how.. Help me please..somebody.. I feel so stupid asking for help but my parents dont believe I'll ever do anything about it because I never do.. how do all of you stay motivated..and what do you do?

My friends are being really rude right now. Everyday at school I have a bag of peanuts for lunch, and then I eat when I get home. I space things out throughout the day and always have between 1200 and 1600 calories a day. But because I only have peanuts at school they are asking me if I am anorexic, not because of the way I look, but because of what I eat. They dont understand that I eat Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which I told them that. Well it is this one girl who is really rude to me, but is friends with my friends. And I told them no I am not anorexic, and she goes doubtful. If you met this girl you would not like her, which I think she is just jealous. Which if you know me from before, I am 5'5 and between 150-160 pounds, I want to be 120-130. It is hard when my friends say things like these. I just have to be positive, they are good friends besides that. So it is not like they are bad, I mean one of my best friends is a guy and he eats alot, but is really skinny. so yeah I just had to get that out. Thanks for listening.

hi yall, rite i have gained 4ibls but i am willing to start my diet agin tomorrow i know where i have gone wrong i am 13st and 4 ibls im willing to be 10st in 3 months by going on the atkins diet kinda but im gonna add fruit to mine plus ive personilised it for moi do ya think this is possible, and for peeps who have been on the atkins can ya plz give me some advice by tonight thanx  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds (ibls).)

ok...i need to know something, i heard that if you walk ten thousand steps per day, in a couple of months you can loose weight is that tru? oh, and another thing, is weighing in at 166 at 5'9 overweight, i mean, i dont know if if is or not, but i feel sooooooo fat, i mean i feel so guilty whenever i eat ANYTHING!!!!! it sux because all of my friends eat sugar sugar SUGAR, and gain nothing, me...the exact opposite. PLs help!

Today I guess I did pretty good but tom. ima do wAY better.. FOr breakfast i ate a cereal bar- 100, for lunch i ate a chicken sandwitch.. around 400.. then when i got home i ate like a mini pizza about 400 then some fruit snacks 70 cal. then for supper some chicken, 2 yeast rolls, and like 2 bites of corn and some fries!! ahh about 700 cal.!!and some gum and lifesavers 60 cal. so thats like 1730 tom. ima stay under 1500 and ima eat a healther dinner and cut back some of the candy.. and eat a healthy snack.. instead of the pizza.!! thank ya <3 Rina

well its been about 5 days since i posted on this site. i went from 185 to 179 but i still have a lot to lose. here's a tip for anyone who needs it: when you get hungry for a snack, try pickles which have 25 calories each or sunflower seeds which are about 180 for a whole pack. these snacks are better than regular snacks.

I don't have any problems with exercising because i run 2 miles 6 nights a week. the only problem i have is with eating and learning to control myself, does anyone have any tips?? thanx so much!!! :)

hey guys! well, i think im down to a good weight, but im afraid im gonna have a hard time MAINTAINING! how does this sound for the day...breakfast-bowl of honey comb-300lunch:peanutbutter sandwich-360banana-150fruit snacks-100cookies-(dont know how many cals!) but you see..im having a party thing tonight and were having pizza and cookies. but i ran 3miles. and i had basketball for 45 mins. Is this bad for maintaining?

Hello! I currently weigh about 245 pounds and i am 5'11.My pants size is 20(from old navy) I would like to go down to about 160 or so and a pant size 7-9. Could i get any tips like how long it should take me to loose this weight and some of the things i could eat to make the weight come off? I want to loose wieght for my health!Thanks( I would like to loose it by the begining of june!)
