*Laughs* Okay, next week I'm going to stay at my Grandma's because the driving school I have to go to is across the street from her... Its funny, I'll never learn why I lose more weight when I'm there aposed to home... I guess its because my grandma takes care of my cousins and I help her so I'm always playing with them... Or I don't tend to get tempted by any junk food... all in all its a kick in the butt to motivate me to keep going with eating healthy... Buh bai for now~!

HELP...i am torn..i dont kno whiether i should be happy of my body and just accept that i am 167lb..or i should be pissed that i am so big and not eat any thing bad and work my ass off.. bc sometimes i am really sad of the way i look and i have no self estem(bc i am 15 and no one has ever asked me out, i*ve never been kissed)..and other times i am sorta happy, and i dont let paople bring me down...i really want to be happy, but it is so hard! please help me...i am so f*ing sad!

I got on the scale this morning and I am 183! yeah! only 38 more pounds! I want to GIT RID OF the weight by CHIRSTmas! This morning I had a bowl of cereal w/ skim milk and I passed up the McDonalds that I was offered! Well, I'll tell you what else I had today laters! bye

Hey Guys This Is Quoted From A Site I Went To: The key here is NOT necessarily eating significantly less food overall, but changing when you eat that food. Instead of having a big dinner and letting it turn into fat, eat a big breakfast and then you can burn off the energy during the day. Same goes for lunch, don't skip it, have something to eat. For dinner, unless you plan on being very physically active in the evening, eat less only *IF* you have eaten more during the day. You can also eat healthier food instead of junk food. (we'll explore that later)...... I suggest you guys go to the site where the quote came from and read it all, it's really inspiring on how to get you eating in order. I'm stuck, I've been stuck at this weight for about 3 weeks now, I can't shift anything, but I havn't put any weight on which I guess is a bonus. I really want to go swimming for exercise, but I'm afraid of being laughed at, A) by my family if they found out I was swimming, and B) anyone who saw me at the pool. Plus, it costs money to use the pool and I can't spend any because I have to pay for my own driving lessons which cost a lot of money!!! I don't know what else to do, I need exercise but I don't do good with walking or biking or sit ups and that stuff, I used to really enjoy swimming which is why I thought it would be a good exercise for my but I can't because of the money thing. I don't know what to do.

Hey everyone its that time of the month again and i ha ve bad cramps so i have been excercisin and dealin with it sooooo yea i heard excercise caan help reduce cramps is this tru and i also heard streccthing helps calm them. Well yea and I feel that if i excercise everyday during my period then i will loose more then if i didnt and i can wait to get to my goal but im not goin to rush it well good luck

during the day i try so hard not to eat junk food and to eat smaller amounts of food..but at night time i cant help my self i eat anything i can get my hands on

i feel really bad today i only had less than 1000 calories i fasted for half the day and only had 1/4 of a coke and lots of water today at dinner i had 1 cheese burger, 3 peaces of cake (very small cake), cheese nips, water, and like little bit of cheetos what should i do to get 2000 calories later like 2 morrow

OMG guys. I'm so happy. I'm finally 133. That was my goal for my vacation and vacation is in 2 days. I can't believe I made it!!! my next mini goal is 131. This is my advice for everyone. Don't rush yourself in losing weight..accept that it will take a long time. I mean..I told myself..my goal for vacation is 133 but I also told myself that If I didn't make it I'd still go and have a great time anyway..instead of letting my weight ruin it. Don't plan to lose weight by school or by a certain date cuz all that does is ruin your progress trust me..I mean..I want to be 125 by school..thats my goal but I'm not going to make it a have to do thing. I'm going to lose as much as I can.shoot maybe it will only be 1 or 2 lbs but the point is I'm beautiful no matter what I weigh and you guys should feel the same..I hope everyone is doing well with progress..i do wish you all the best.
