today i had 1200 calories- lots of cherrios, 8 oz fat free milk, one apple, orignal instant cream of wheat with 2 tsps brown sugar and fat free yougrut with blueberries...did i do good?

i don't think we should be so obbessed with actul "weight" on this site. If we know the actual amount of fat on our body then we can use that to track out weight loss success, but when we say we weight a certin weight there is some muscle in there, and if you exercise correctly for a long period of time you will actulyl gain lean muscle, which will in turn make you weight more on the scale but fit into one LESS dress size. What I'm saying is, lets track our progress by pant sizes rather then weight that can change within times of the day and isn't your actual fat percentage....just a thought, doesn't have to happen but i feel its a more accurate way to lose the weight, if we stop starting at the scale, and freaking out that we've gained 5 lbs before we realize its muscle and we look slimmer none of us will suceed...we can do it though! good luck

if i stay on my diet for 7 days, then eat w/e i want the day after, which will prbobly include mcdonalds and things....will i lose weight his way if im strict with my diet for the 7 and do this for months?

why is it unhealthy to lose 1 pound a day. my mom is a doctor and i asked her if losing 1 pound a day was unhealthy.turns out it isnt unhealthy. its perfectly fine. if you are in a rut then just think about the guy/girl you think is cute and imagine them talking to you. wouldn't it be worth all the dieting and hard work if you get asked out by your dream date.

Today: Breakfast: oatmeal, grapes. Lunch: 2 nectarines, 15 arrowroot cookies. Dinner: rice, veggies, spareribs. Total calories: 1140. Surprising, considering I binged on the cookies. Exercise: 1hr hula hooping ~~MissyK~~

this isnt the place to say things about race or religion. This is a site to help other people lose lbs of fat from their body and become healthy. Race or religon doesn't play a part in the subject of weight loss. Plus making generalzations about a group of people is very uneducated, i could go around saying that all christians are mean, that woudn't be right would it? So your entitled to your own opion but keep it off this site please.

I'm just wondering if excerize is required to lose weight, or if it just speeds up the process. I have been eating healthy lately and I consume about 900 to 1100 calories a day. But, I get little excersize. So, I'm wondering if I might be losing any weight (my scale needs new batteries, lol) or if I need to excersize to lose the weight. And if I'm losing weight without excersizing, I'm just wondering how that is possible considering to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. Help...

you guys i really need some help. I have this plan ibn my head to follow, im plannong on doing this intill december just to see how it works out, my plan is that i will eat 1200 calories and eat healthyfully for 7 days, then for the 8th day of the "cycle" i won't count calories and have w/e i want, even if this includes some ice cream, then get right back ont he 7 day healthy eating again...will this help me lose weight? or will i gain all the weight back on the 8th day i lost?

I need help, do any of you know any diets that can make you lose 30 pounds by september 1st? I am 5'1 and weigh 138 pounds. I would really like to lose the weight and show off to all the people who made fun of me for being fat.

im going to be lifeguarding today for 8 hours staright...i need something i can put in the fridge or keep in my backpack thats under 400 calories that i can eat in the middle that will fill me up....

Last night, I had a meeting for band at my new school (I'm going to high school! lol) and I saw this guy that I had a crush on the whole 8th grade and I started worrying about what he thinks about me and I HATE DOING THAT!!! Why should I care what this guy thinks about me if all he thinks about is all of the skinny girls! It really sucks, but I know that I don't want a guy like that and it drives me crazy b/c I still try to impress him! Ne way, I just thought I had to post that and maybe it can help some of you girls!

Hello Every one, My name is Jessica. I have never writen on this board before. I have come seen it a cupple times before but never posted because I thought all of you guys where flakie. Because you guys where worried about a few extra pounds that you think you sould not have. I am 17 years old and I weight 345lbs I have been heavy all my life, I really dont think you guys know what "FAT" is. Fat is not being able to sit in sertin chairs, Fat is having people calling you hippo, Fat is not having boy even look your way, Fat is when you go into a store and they dont make the size that will fit you so you have to go to a plus sized store and where old lady close becasue there is nothing out there for Overeweight teens! Ok, this is really bad, but I am gonna post it ne way and maybe tomorrow I can put something better on here: b-4 peices of french toast w/ butter, syrup, and powder sugar w/ 2% milk L-a hotdog Snack-piece of cake D-a sandwich w/ turkey, ham, provolone and cottage cheese w/ SKIM MILK!!! Yeah, my mom bought skim milk and a lot more food that is good for you, so tomorrow I will eat less junk! Oh ya, I had a brownie! I NEED HELP!!! I KEEP EATING JUNK!!! I H8 IT AND IT DRIVES ME CRAZY, BUT I STILL DO IT!!!! WELL TALK TO YA GUYS L8TERS!!!
