Some of you guys say that you can lose a pant size in one month, how? It took me 7 months to lose a/b 2 pant sizes and a/b 27 pounds!. Is there any way that I can drop 2 sizes by August 30th? That is when I go back to school. I am going to the gym again today! They have treadmills and leg and arm excersizes that I do. My arms are so week! Is there anything to do besides lifting the weights? B/c I can only do like 10 pounds on the machine w/ my arms and like 50 w/ my legs, and I am getting better w/ my legs! Plz help me!!! Thanks!

hey guys...i read a post that said that listening to happy and motivatonal (happy and motivational being the keywords here) produces the same effects as relieving a food craving as well, food does. First before i go any farther, understand that putting your favorite song on isn't going to make you not hungry, but it will help curb the CRAVINGS that you have for a type, or many types for that matter, of food. So when any of you feel like binging, just turn on your favorite song and know that it will help produce the same calming and realsing effect many of us experience when we give into our craving...except this time...NO GUILT!

Alright, as some of you may know, I've been coming here for the past few months, but recently stopped giving comments... you know why? Its always the same thing... "I want to lose weight fast!" Before summer began people wanted to lose about 20 pounds before summer, which meant 2 weeks or even 3... Now its before school starts. Realistically, yeah, you can do it! But~~ it depends when your break begins. Some start in August, I personally start in September, so I find it to be realistic aiming for that right now. Anyhow, I'm rambling on now, my point is that you have to take it slow!! Sure, lose all the weight, but do you know how to maintain it? A lot of people will lose about 20-30 pounds in the summer, but when school starts they have trouble keeping their 'diet' running smoothly. Hey, if you need to lose about 50lbs, give yourself a year, you'll do it by then. All in all, Good luck everyone, and remember "No pain, no game"

Hey I did horribly today cuz i went shopping with my mom and we ate out. I had over 2000 calories today, but I'm not feeling like poop because I did 45 minutes on the hula hoop. It's now 12:07am and I haven't eaten since 9pm or so I'm not feeling incredibly full. I LOVE my new hula hoop!!! If my friend can lose 5lbs a week using it, I'm pretty sure I can too! Oh...by the way...ONE of you must have tried or heard of Phase 2 Carb blocker, RIGHT?!?! ~~MissyK~~

What am I doing up 2:14?? Anyways today was okay but I am frustrated that I can't wear some of my clothes from like a year ago. It is really hard b/c my family buys junk food. When we go shopping for school clothes, at this rate, it is going to be hell. Any advice or tips would be appreciated.

Stretch the back calf by bending and straitening your back leg while remaining in the half lunge position. Repeat twice with each leg, alternating legs. Hold each stretch approximately 12-15 seconds.Special InstructionsTo keep balance and really get the best stretch possible, clasp your hands and place them over the top of your front thigh. You may also use one hand on a chair or wall to help your balance as well. You may also use one hand on a chair or wall to help your balance as well. Groin Butterfly Stretch - Starting PositionThis exercise begins by sitting on the floor and bringing the heels as close to the groin as possible. You should not feel pain in this position, if you do feel discomfort create more space between you heels and groin. You will be making a butterfly pattern with your legs in this starting position.ActionUse your arms to slowly push your legs and knees towards the ground. Stop if you feel any pain performing this stretch.Special InstructionsDon't bounce the "butterfly wings," as this would cause damage to hips, groin, and knees. When you first begin, your heels may be a foot or two away but you will be bringing your heels in as you become more flexible. Hamstring Stretches - Starting PositionBegin standing with both feet on the ground, shoulder width apart.ActionSlowly lower your upper body by bending at the waist and dangling your arms down towards your feet. Attempt or touch your toe and hold the position for 12 to 15 seconds. Repeat two times.Special InstructionsDo not bounce when performing this or any other stretching exercise. Stretching should not hurt, if so you are going too far in your movement.Quad Stretch- Starting PositionBegin by standing with both your feet shoulder width apart and your upper body erect. There should be a slight bend in the knees.ActionBring one leg behind your back and grab it with your arm on the same side, behind the buttocks. Hold for 12 seconds and switch legs. Repeat this stretch twice.Special InstructionsMake sure that your knee is pointed directly into the ground and not out to the side.Gluteal and Outer Thigh Stretch- Starting PositionThis stretch is performed in a sitting position with your legs out in front of you.ActionCross one leg over the other so that your foot is perpendicular to your quad. Use your elbow for leverage to stretch looking away from the upright knee. Perform this exercise slowly alternating legs. Repeat twice for each leg.Special InstructionsDo not lean too far back, your torso should be near (but not quite) in a perpendicular position to the floor. (view less)

Well, I ate quite a bit today but I managed to stay under 2000 calories. Now it should get easier each day. I was quite motivated (if not depressed) by an e-mail I recieved from someone who I do not know, telling me I am fat and ugly and so on. I say, how could they have seen me? The e-mail address ends in '.co.uk' Anyway by problem is I am addicted to chocolate, does anyone know of any low calorie chocolatey foods?
