Yesterday I didnt do good on my eating. This morning it wasnt so bad but I ate a little more than usual. Does anyone have any tips on how to get back on track after a day that you ate bad??

Has anyone ever heard of the 6 week body makeover? They adviertise it on T.V. a lot here, i was just wondering if you think it really works, or if you know it works.

This might be a stupid question but, how much weight can I lose in one month? I was dieting for my holiday because I thought we were going to ask my friend and then my sister changed her mind so i thought ok, I'll keep dieting but it's not as important and now I think she wants to ask her again and I only have a month left help.

When i vist friends, parties, barbeques and other places where junk and unhealthy choices are avaibale, I'm usually faced with the descidon to eat or well, not to eat. Some say only have just a slice of that cake, or only have one piece of pizza, but my problem is that if i have that one slice of cake, next thing i know im having another one, and another one and yet another one. If your like me and feel that once you've had the junk food you might as well have more- lsiten to this. There are two types of feelings when it comes to food- craving the food and then the inital guilt that comes after overindulging. Now both feelings are uncomfotable and hard to deal with, but you have to think about which one is more positive, obvisouly the craving. God I have been doing pretty good this week excerciseing and eatin pretty good and i was 185 last sunday then on wednesday i was 181 and now im back to 185 y is this is something wrong with me

What do you think about an all salad diet? I mean, like regular salad, grilled chicken salad, fruit salad, any kind of healthy salad even one with meat in it. Whith the grilled chicken salad and regular salad, I would use lite Italian dressing. It's not that bad really. If there is no salad where I am eating, the nI will just eat something REALLY HEALTHY. No fried, sugary, greasy, or snack foods for me. And I will only drink water. I'll try to eat the grilled chicken salad a lot so I can get my fare share of meat.

Here's a tip: It really helps ME when I post how I did each day (what I ate, how much I exercised) because when I overeat, I feel guilty about telling all of you. Also, when I do well, I feel extra good about myself when I post a message. So my point is, POST how you do each day! You'll be more motivated to do well!!! ~~MissyK~~

i just finished working out wiht my slim in 6 video. I posted before saying I had no motivation, and I really didn't. But I just popped the tape in and said to myself "5 minutes" and if i don't feel like doing it anymore I won't. Well it is true what they say, after just 5 to 10 minutes of working out you start to feel more engergized and willing to work out (crazy I know). I realize that my motavation should be feeling like this- the great feeling you get after you just worked out. So for everyone who has days they don't feel like working out, give yourself the time of just 2 songs on the radio to get your heart rate up and you'll feel like doing even more. Even if you don't thats an extra 50 calories burned!

How I did today: Breakfast-oatmeal with an egg Lunch-porkchop, big bowl of rice, fried eggplant. Dinner-half a jumbo Safeway muffin. TALK ABOUT an unhealthy dinner, eh?! Oh well...the calories added up to about 1330, so I'm still safe. I really like how I don't have to give up my favorite foods to lose weight. My next weigh in is July 15th! ~~MissyK~~

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting. I just turned 15 on July 2nd, Im 5'6 and I wiegh 193 pounds. The most I've ever weighed was 204. I've been overwieght most of my life... I've kept to myself alot in the past. I hardly In elementary, I would never take off my jacket and hood because it was my security blanket. I felt like they couldnt see me. Middle school was tough too, I still wore my jacket 6&7th grade. I was still made fun of, but I had gotten used to it, so it never really bothered me... then one day... I disconnected the phone while my sister was still on it, and she got mad and called me a 'stupid fat ass'. That broke my heart... my sister and I are soooo close... she was quite literally my only friend... then... when she called me that name... I was alone. I'm going to extreme...lol he he he he....I'm gonna try to 3 day diet plan I'l let u all know if It works...but I dont like some of the stuff can I replace it if it's similar...ex: replace califlower with brocoli?

hey everyone well seeing as i get up at 10:30 i eat breakfast and not just a banana casue by 12 i'm hungry so if u have something that maybe fatting casue i now i won't eat till 3 or 4 and have a snack and then supper and that it anyways that is waht works for me!!peace out yall
