This doesnt have to do with weight loss but do ne of u know how i could raise like 35-40 dollars to get my boyfriend a puppy for his birthday? he really wants one and i dont know how to get it for him...

Hey everyone just be a kid or teenager while u can it was raining here so I didnt let that stop me I just went outside and playted FREEZE tag in the rain and it felt sooo good to acturally be a kid instead of acting like an adult goin on diets and doing excercise like adults do just be active like a kid it will be fun and i bet ull loose good luck and god bless I really think god is helping me out lately and feel really religious at the moment so yea god bless and good luck!!!!!!!!!!!

Woah! I've tried to lose weight before, and enver had any luck, but this year i have a job and i dont eat much when im there, so im finding it really easy to stick to my diet(even tho i've only been on it for liek a day or somethign) idk.. and having a buddy really helps. I have a buddy from my Cross Country team helping me lose weight.. acutally were competing.. to see who can lose more weight .. the atkins is not good... it tricks your body into thinking that it is starving... and being deprieved of what it needs (carbohydrates) so as soon as you start to eat like a normal person, carbs/protein and fats... your body tries to store carbs as energy, for fear that it will be deprieved again... the same thing would happen if you cut out protein, even though you need 70% less of it than carbohydrates, it is vital.... you would loose weight the same way as in restricting carbs... but your skin would go green, purple, and start to wrinkle and fall off... you would also loose muscle... but atkins has a fair few cons too, namely ''bad breath, bad skin, spots, greasy hair and skin, and plenty others'' ... so really the best diet would be a balanced healthy diet complied with some good excersise and plenty of water... that is your best route to a healthy life......... arent we lucky we are able to have one...

Everyone, remember this: Almost all of us have tried to lose weight, and have failed (including myself) but this is the last time it's going to happen!!! (i know you agree.)Let's all acomplish our goals and be knockouts at school! Let's all eat right, and feel better. Let's all post our acomplishments, even if it's just saying "no thanks" to that candy bar or losing 1 pound. Let's keep motivating each other! So when it does come time for school, let's post about how great we look (and let's tell each other how much better we look while in the process) Let's get this right. Let's do this, together.

I just got a waitress job! my mom says whne she was one it put her in her best form ever, so i'm looking forward to it.. i dont even like greasy foods so thats not a problem if i eta there i'll just have salad and soup ors omethin! I've lost 5 lbs. in one week on the south beach diet too yea!! Even though i indulged that one day on fat free ice cream which your not supposed to have til phase 2.. didn't cause a real setback. Hopfeully i keep losin!!

Hey guys!I am really trying to loose 55 pounds by october! Is that impossible ! I am cutting pop and candy out of my eating and I am eating more vegi's and fruit and my portions are smaller I am doing yoga and plus walking at night and also working out at the ymca! I hope you guys can help me! Is there anything else i should do?

ok, people are asking me, "y do you think you know all about losing weight if you are overweight?" and "how do you know all this?". well, i only give out information that i know.....i am certified in dieting,nutrition, and weight loss.I practice all different kinds of exercises. Okay, the RUNNING THING is a running plan, three days a week (there's a certain plan, so check out SHAPE magazine to get it exactly.) but I'm doing it, and what i do is run 3 times a week, and weight train 3 or 4 times a week. I love weight training for my arms--- but My weight training plan is this: Lift weights for arms, and pilates. Weight training for my legs and abs is not my favorite thing to do, so i do pilates, it like weight training, but without those weighta. I know some of you have tried it, and it's great. By the way, in the last ten days, I've lost 3/4" on my arms, 1/2" on my waist, 1-1/2" below my waist (where i wear my jeans) 1-1/2" on my hips, and 3/4" on my thighs (each one.)

hey i just want to say to the people talkin about being anerexic to loose weight do you think it is ok..I mean i have dealt with alot of friends with that and belimia..why would you think about becoming that way when so many people die and become sick and mentally ill from it...anyone who talks about become it really isnt they are just lookin for attention i was in the same boat about a year ago...people with anerxia hid it they dont want people to know...i am just fed up with people talkin about doin it....i mean if you are overweight then go on a real diet and if you cant loose it doing a real diet go to a doctor..people who choose to loose wieght in those manners are weak and cant do it the normal way....i mean most anerxia people arent even that overwieght so if you arent next time you think about omg i have to loose weight think of the people who cant walk or dont have and arm and...
