my friend and i want to lose 30 pounds this summer...if we eat scrambeld egg/eggwhite and 1/2 banana...yougurt and strawberries whole wheat toast for lunch for lunch...and grilled chciken for dinner??? will we be able to lose 30 pounds in 2 1/2 months??reply asap...we starting tomaroww...we will be burning over 2800 caloreis a day....we have 2 1/2 monthes

I've been doing everything right... i think i've lost 2-3 lbs in like 2 weeks but It's just not working! i've been on south beach for about 4 days now, still excersizeing about 45 min a day in the gym... I just dont get why i'm not losing a lot. Anyone else have this problem?

i just finished off a bowl of low fat ice cream and fat free chocoalte sauce...i no that those aren't the greatsest foods but is it ok seeing as they were lower in fat than regular?

hi... i was just watching a programme on anorexia... i always knew it was serious.... but i have learned alot more about it now....i always thought that it was only girls who had it, but i learned that there a quite a lot of males... it was very sad, a girl died during the making of the film... it said that 70-80% of anorexics die... with 50% of those deaths suicide...... oh damn... im sorry, i am propbably doing nothing for the mood... im sorry, it was just quite a powerful programme.

i found something bout water it is that if you drink really cold water like a gallon or 8 cups thing it helps you with your weight faster... forgot why but if you go to google and type water-weight loss help it should be there...

i've been away for a couple of days but i was just reading the day-old posts and something disturbed me. first of all my boyfriend's sister took courses on altering photos and she shows me all of the fake places(which are a lot!) where they alter the pictures of models in magazines. in a lot of the day-old posts people are saYING how they cut out pics of models and want to look exactly like them. well- you can't, they don't even look exactly like themselves because their bodies have been changed. so don't set yourself up[ thining that you'll ever be able to look like that please...

Hey guys heres some tips about the moment we all either love or dread: Weigh-in time- 1. Never weigh yourself with clothes on, this adds more weight to you, take off everything or wear a light robe 2. This also includes shoes, they add TONS of weight 3. Never weigh yourself after you get out of the shower. All that water does add some weight to you. 4. This is just a rumor but if you weigh yourself after you go to the bathroom it might make it less. I'm not sure if thats true but hey isnt it nice to just to get rid of excess weight anyway? 5. If you have an object such as dumbells or even a case of soda that you know the exact weight of use that as a tester before actually putting yourself on the scale. Sometimes if the scale is not sitting on even ground it can be off by as much as 3-5lbs. Hey! That could be 3lbs that you lost!! 6. Make sure you are not...
