Does anyone know if you eat too many extra fat free non sugar fudge bars on the south beach diet, if that will cause you to not lose weight?? what if i'm not eatting many cals but im just having kind of a lot of those fudgesicles?

I kno most girls go CRAZY over their weight, even if they arent really overweight at all! My friend and I just want to trim up and gain muscle and get rid of the excess fat. We wanna be healthy and have an excercising plan to help us. Do any of yall of any tips for us? Thanx a ton

Heres a new diet that me and my sister are gonna try next week! All you eat for 3 days is watermelon and water NOTHING ELSE you have to be really strict with your self then you eat really healthy for 1 or 2 days and then for 3 days eat only watermelon and water. It flushes out all your fat so it works really good.

WOW! I just weighed myslf and it said 229lbs. I know that to some of you thats still s lot to weigh, but for me thats a kick of motivation. I have been all the way up to 250 and as of 5 minutes ago i thought i was 239....i dont know how i lost the weight...and i weighed myself twice...im still buying a new scale becae this one is still crap.....but im liking what i see....right now i am drinking a bottle of water and that has been my breakfast so far. Im on a roll and im so excited! Good luck to all you guys. You guys are really nice and supportive!

i know people say that inner beaughty counts the most but what can i do to lose weight. im 5"3 and weigh 185...i dont really look enourmous or anything and im pretty muscular but alla my friends are like size 2. i tried to run a mile a day and eat healthy...but i cant stay commited. any tips on how to become healthier and lose like 30 lbs by august?

I don't know, but it seems that people are just tired and stuff so i thought i might share a joke just to cheer some people up i guess. ok here it goes: The chairman of the board of our company called me into his office to tell me the good news: I was being promoted to Vice President of Corporation Research and Planning. Of course I was excited, but that didn't stop me from asking for my new title to be changed to Vice President of Corporate Planning and Research. "Why?" the chairman asked. "Because," I said, "our organization charts list names with abbreviated job titles, and I don't wnat to be known as Robert E. Reuter, VP of CRAP!" It's a corny joke but oh well ~annie

this might be a gay question...my mom doesn't my healthy food for the kids she thinks dieiting is bad forkids. So, Whats better--Breakfast hot pockets (just so you know there smaller than regular hot pockets) or nothign and lunch, Chicken fingers, Lean gOurmat Lasangua, Personal Pizza...So many choices...how do you compare calories and carb what is one is high in calories and then the other higher in carbs or sugar?? then I go to protien...am I doing this right?
