Hey guys! Tomorrow I am going to Worlds Of Fun. But, we are having mcdonalds for breakfast, eating there for lunch and Pizza Hut for dinner! But when u r at an amusment park, ur not very hungry, I hope I do good.

FROM KAITLYN!!!All I did to lose that weight is eat less friend foods, excercise, and add better foods to my diet. I use to eat fried foods everyday for dinner. Now I try not to unless that is what my grandma cooks.

~~~~~~H-E-Y~~~~~~ LISEN UP EVERYONE...... u wanna lose weight and its hard for you, start out like this.... drink lots and lots of water. i mean its hot these days anyways so carry a water bottle with you, it feels you up more quickly so by the time u wanna eat your half ways full, and plus water gives you nice skin... i tried it already for 2 weeks its working perfect, im even losing around 5 pounds (if not more a week) cause this way u eat less, and so it gets better everyday.

Hey I was watching th eMontel show and they were talkin bout diets and stuff so I decided to share whut I learned fro the Montel show. All you have to do is not eat as much as simple as that u dont need atkins south beach grapefruit siet 3 day diet none of those fad diets. All you need to do is eat in smaller proportions and excercise and drink water montel weighed 210 when he was diagonosed with MS and he now weighs 187-189 and he stays there for the whole year for the past 3 years and all he did was excercise eat smaller porptions and drank tons of water. SO that is whut I am goin to do and I am not goin to go for any fad diet im just gonna eat less and excercise im still gonna eat w'/e i want but in moderation and just drink water and excercise and I know I can do this if Montel did I can do and I feel confident. I forget to eat meals a lot, well not a lot but it happens occasionally, but is that REALLY unhealthy? I mean my mom tells me to eat and I tell her I will but I just forgot... yah I know it sounds stupid but when I have so much stuff goin on I just forgot!
