hi. i am starting junior ROTC this coming school year and so i need to train up. i also need to lose weight. i wanted to know if you guys and gals had any ideas on exercise and healthy snacks and lunches and dinners. any ideas for cravings???? it is GREATLY appreciated. Is wheat bread better than white bread, becuase i heard it was and i switched everything i used to eat on white bread on to wheat.??? :)

Can someone please help me? I'm 5'7 & every scale I go says I weigh something different. I really dont know what my true weight is but it's between 143-153. Everyone tells me I look like I weigh 115 lbs,and that I'm skinny, but I think there just being nice. I previously was bulimic and lost around 30 lbs from it. Can someone please tell me how much weight I should lose and how to boost my self esteem? Thx

Just some tips for the people here, try and do more physical activities and avoid watching too much televison or staying too long on the interent. What you could do is use a bike machine - thats if you have one or just do any other exercise while your watching tv - better than sitting down and no exercise! good luck oh yeah i have a question - is exercising in cold weather better than in the hot?

Hi, i was in school, I wasnt feeling really well. The nurse said that it might be because I was overweight. This problem also affects some of my other friends...Im 168 lbs...is that overweight for 14?

Anyone know what a good breakfast is to have? I get bored of cereal and I don't know what to put on toast, because butter and peanut butter is kinda bad. And so is jam, full of sugar.

but is it okay not to sweat or get ur heart pumping when doing aerobic exercises? will u still lose weight? or duz ur heart have to work to burn fat?

You all seem so young to be losing weight and training. Good luck to you though! I am wanting to lose weight, hense the reason I am on this website. I love reading success stories, it gives me that push to do something with my weight. I have started bike riding and eating less junk food.

Hi I just wanted to tell everyone that I am working really hard at losing weight. This is my plan for the summer: My workout: I am going to use this Power 90 exercise tapes 6 days a week I am also going to exercise on my bike for 20 minutes all 7 days of the week. Diet: I am only going to eat when I am hungry and I will stop eating once I don't feel hungry anymore. I won't eat past 8 o'clock though. I will eatmore fruits and vegetables. and NO SWEETS. I don't think I have lost any weight yet but my clothes are a little looser.
