I weight 184 lbs. and I wanna weigh somewhere between 120 and 145. I've been on the Atkins deit. It was interesting I went from 196 to 185 in three weeks. So I'm gonna keep doing that but does any one have any tips for me? How much weight do you think I lose by August? Oh and I need a weight loss buddy if anyone wants to be mine! hey waz up i lost 5 pounds by laying on a bench and lifting my legs, only eat veggies and fruits exercise an hour and more a day and be active i waz 150 and went to 145 in a week, lots of water and motivate yo self you can do it no sweets peace out

okay...im 14, abour 5'5ish and i weigh 155...now thats badddd..how much am i supposed to weight neways??? my goal weight is 120-125 so about i've got about 30-35 extra pounds that i dont want any ideas?!?!?..lately i've been loosing weight but i dont kno how bc i;ve been eating lots lately :( please post if u have ne help..thanks!! -mee-

Wow...I haven't been here in a while...a long while. But I feel very depressed and stuff so I am coming back for real motivation and stuff. I am so determined to lose weight this time that I am going to try harder than ever. I will not however try the whole low-carb diets so if that is your suggestion, sorry but no. There is so much going on in my life at the moment and it is all really hard and very emotional and my friend and I just want to eat and eat and eat and be LAZY. This has to stop! Give me good tips, guys(girls), please. I want to be comfortable with myself and I know I need help.

i eat healthy, and i also joined a gym and i have only lost 5 pounds in 2 months!!! I eat very healthy now but if u have like a handful of popcorn i gain like 5 pounds!!!! only on that handful of popcorn and i gain SO EASILY! is there something wrong with me?

Hey Everyone! I have lost about 4 pounds in about 3 weeks. I have done all of this just by instead of coming home from school and having like another meal, I get the motivation to exercise. Over this period of time, I have trained myself to resist MOST temptations and also my cravings have praticaly stopped. I thought I was a helpless case. SO to anyone out there trying to lose weight, YOU CAN DO IT IF I DID!!! I am also looking for a weight loss buddy. My email is kittenangel1124@hellokitty.com and I weigh about 175 lbs.

hey guys..guess what! I know It's not that big of a deal but I lost 2 pounds by just cutting my calories down to 1500 the last couple of days. I feel great and I can see it when I put on my clothes. I went from 145 to 143. My first Mini goal is 140..Then 135..and so on. My ultimate goal is 110. I know I can do It but I realize it will take some time. I want to be 110 by summer but I know that would be impossible..I do however want to be 110 by the time next school year starts. Thank you guys so much for all of the support. This site really helps. It motivates me..And I have a few buddies that really help. I'm always here to talk to if anyone needs a friend or a buddy..bye guys

My parents are divorced, since i was 6, but i see my dad abevery other weekend, so all the other times i am good about what i eat, and i do excercise, but i get to my dads house and i just lose it, i eat and lay there on the couch WHAT SHOULD I DO???????

hey well i have gairned like 25 pounds since i got measured for dance soo it really sucks csaue i have pictures in like a 1 1/2 months and need to lose it fast so i think im going to run 3 miles and do lunges and a lil arm weights but not much and than oly eat mixed fruit and ALOT of veges.. for that time.. than after pics go back to my normal eaiting.. can anyone tell me if i can do it PLEASE COMMENT! thanks

Just thought I would share some info with u!!! Ok, if u want to lose weight or get rid of that stomach it is great to do ab exercises like sit-ups. But when u don them suck ur stomach in as far as u can go because it turns all the fat into muscles or it goes away faster

Hey, I'm new to the site... I have a few problems that i just can't seem to fix. 1. My inner thighs, i've tried tons of different squats and lunges... not working... 2. My love handels are awful!! I've tried different style crunches and sit-ups but, nothing is working they just remain there and big. It really sucks cause if it werent for them my body might look okay. All of the clothes i wear are a little tight down there so you can see curves that shouldnt be there. I eat well, ( got a little slack durring Easter) but im getting back into the no sweets and little fat thing. Its really hard cause i feel so fat when i see those parts in the mirror.And summer is almost here, its just about time for bathinsuits.... Please any exersize ideas would be highly appreciated!!!!
