ok I just turned 14 today and my parents said that this summer we will go somewhere special for my birthday. well it's like a water park I think. And I want to look my best. I want to ware a cute bikini and look hot. Like a lot of people say, make sure you do this for yourself, and I really want to look good. And plus my eight grade graudation is June 5th and I want to look good for that so maybe I can get a date. Yeh that would be so cool. LIke i have ever had a date before. Anyway does any body have any good suggestions about what I should do. Thanks and please respond.Thanks again Mandi

Hey! ok well here lets start easy my mom and dad are about to get a divorce, my dad is getting surgury and my mom doesnt care about him anymore!! ok well thats only one problem i weigh 230 lbs and am 5'6 overweight and i have achne!!! well life is starting to get a lil better i guess but i am trying to fix these problems!! and i mean i know eat right exerscie but i can never stick to it!! i mean once over the summer i lost 6lbs n two days by drinking all this watter n eating sum food not much and exercising a lil too! but not much!! achne i have medicine for now and i just started it today so i hope it works!!!! but back to the diet thing!! i wanna look good for highschool weighing in @ about 130 MAX! i mean 115 would be awesome!!! but anyways a lot of my friends are skinny n stuff and all my friends like me for who i am !! and so i am doing it for me and my consience(spelling) !! so ya ... Where is the line of obsession? I mean aren't we all trying to get away from food? then why are we talking about it so much? Shouldn't we be keeping our minds off of food in order to quit eating it? Where is the line of obsession with either eating no food, or eating too much of it?

Does anyone have any suggestions on a diet plan I could try? I just recently pierced my belly button and I really wanna show it off...but I am so overweight....5'8 219lbs...I couldnt believe it when I got on the dr's scale...I wanted to cry....Thanxxx for the suggestions!!

I went to Walmart and I bought a yoga/ pilates workout DVD and its amazing... i usually just do the pilates thing and its just 20 min! It tones your thighs, arms, and abs... but mostly focuses on abs... or do at least 50 crunches everyday and you WILL see result within a week! By the way the DVD was only $12 which is a great deal... ill tell you the name of it if u want...

Do winsor pilates really work? also do u hvae to do any other exercises while doing pilates? And how many times a week do u have to do it? every single day? thanx

hey i have a tummy problem i workout atleast 3x a week and i looove chocolate how can i get the results i want by may 2004? if i weigh 140lbs i wanna be 125?? reasonable-how do u stay motivated?

Hey Everybody,I really need some help losing weight(like most people here lol). Well anyways I'm 5'2, and 135lbs. I tryed a while ago to loose weight and lost 5lbs. I love being on the atkins diet! I just started about 4 days ago, and I never feel hungry or like I'm starving myself. Here's what I ate today: Brekfast: 1 egg omelette with mushrooms, sausage, and cheese Lunch: A big salad with (yuuuum!) with this great no carb salad dressing my mom makes! Dinner: Chicken, asparagus and a small salad. For a snack I had some cheese cubes.

I know that it isnt just the exercise that is helping me. Starting TODAY I am going to be doing it 2 hours a day (I got in about 2 and half hours today tho). But before it was just an hour a day and tha cabbage diet and I lost 4 pounds. It cant just be tha exercise...

Hey..I've been doing 40 side crunches, riding the stationary bike for 15-20 mins, and doing the tape :"WALK AWAY THE POUNDS" the 2 mile tape which is 30 mins and u just dont walk it has areobics included...The time blows by sooo quickly!!! i drink about 5-6 glasses of water from 3pm-7pm...becuz in the morning and in school i cant....AND GUESS WHT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!>??!?!!?!??!?!?!?!? I'VE LOST 6 POUNDS ALREADY AND IVE BEEN DOING IT SINCE MONDAY AND THATS ONLY 3 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
