I am kinda put off on coming to this site since everyone seems to be just perfect-everything i want to be but they're not happy. i just want to lose my weight buti have hit a platue and its so hard to break that especially during the holidays and i thought maybe i could do this but its really hard and i wish i could be like the people that post that they have lost like 40 pounds but i have only lost 15 in about 4 or 5 months.

Hey~ I want to know if any one know's of any pills or anything like that to help you looser weight. I exercise at school and some times on the weekend, however I am working all the time so I don't have a lot of time to work out. I am planning to try out for cheerleading for next year in May I believer and I want to be thinner and healthier and be able to do a lot of cheers and not be all out of breath all of the time. If you know of any pills that will help I would really appreciate it. Hi I wanted some advice on diet. I already have this great exercise tape but I don't know what to do with my diet. I tried about 3 or 4 diets I found online but I always feel like I am starving myself. I just need a few pointers or diet that you may have gone on that didn't leave you feeling hungy? Please I need these tips.

Today: 220 lb - Hi
I came on hear once before but it was full of tiny people saying how huge they were so that really kinda put me off... U get enough of that in real life.
So anyway I'm 17, always have been overweight but I never thought of myself as fat till I was christmas 4 years ago - when I refused to eat for the next few weeks. After I started eating normally I started making myself sick, and this was an on off thing for the next 2 years. When I put on weight I would be sick and when I lost it I would stop because I didn't wanna become bulimic. Anyway, stopped doing that and became happier but put on LOADS of weight. This time I wanna lose it properly and sensibly because at the moment I weigh around 220lbs and im getting worried about my health. Also my alteroir motive is I wanna look good for my 18th in may!!! Anyway looking for friends who will support each other through this.(view more)

Ht. 5'4", Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Hi, I am on break 4 the holidays and I am 5'4 and 168 pounds I want to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I was wondering if that is possible? I lost about 10 pounds in one week before but I am kind of confused? I jog and I love stretching. Thanks :) HAPPY HOLIDAYS
