hey ppl!i think the problem about overweight ppl is that they wanna lose weight in so litle time , so that doesnt works they wain the weight again, then get depressed and eat more, so as u can see the 3 weeks's diets to lose LOTS of weight DOESNT WORKS!!! You need to change your mind, this means that food and ur weight is only something else in ur life and NO ALL UR FKN LIFE!!!U need to learn how to eat, if u think that eating 2 MINTS for breakfast is the way ur gonna lose weight UR COMPLETELY WRONG!!! ok ur eating the mints for breakfast then ull be sooo hungry and eat everything u find!!!U NEED TO LEARN WHAT U HAVE TO EAT, WHEN AND HOWNo to starve urself!!!cya!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hi i don't know what to do i really like to stuff my face with pizza and burgers it's tasting sooo good but i'm gaining weight like mad. during summer i weighed 160 now i'm at 195 it's getting more every week. i'm only 5'5. what can i do? i cant stop eating it's just so good and i like the feeling of a full belly.

Hey I have done pretty well today by not eating as much as I did the last two days. I hope to be back at 170 by next weekend Im not even gonna say how much I am at now I feel fat and like a pig grrrrrrrrr it makes me so mad I can never stick to a diet I have the excercise down now I need to get the food part down. Well Ill see ya later. BUHBYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, I dont want to sound rude or anything, but If you all are serious about losing weight, then get up and do something already! I havven't been on here forever, and today I got on to see what was new, when I see a bunch of pointless messages on the bulletin board. Get up and do something...that is what makes you lose weight, not getting on here every day for hours at a time! It's simple...no more pop, get active, cut down calories, and be happy! Now GET GOING! YEAH!

Hi I just wanted to share with asll of you a great diet tip. I heard models do this to get in shape quick. They cut out the ABC's (Alchohol, Bread, and Complex Carbs)Sinces we don't drink alchohol just cut down on the sodas and complex carbs are like white rice and pasta. Isn't that an easy diet! I hope you all can benefit from this.

A plan for those of you wanting to eat healthy:
 Breakfast: Small serving of oatmeal with a piece of fruit 
Snack: Fruit or veggie 
Lunch: Tuna on whole wheat bread with veggie 
Dinner: Chicken with veggies 
Snack: Water and piece of apple with PB!  That's my plan! Hope it might help some of you!

here's another tip...*sigh waiting for marty to call and then i'll leave this board alone for the day.lol.* when you are in a car or a place where you can't woirkout but you want to get a little extra time in periodically sqeeze the muscle groups(buns abs thighs...) you can and release them for as many times as you can....

Hey, we are going to eat at a mexican resturant with my cousin tonight and her new baby, but it will be difficult not to order a ton there. Is mexican food the worst for you? Should i just not eat as much of it? thanks.
