Today: 180 lb - Hi Peeps!!I am 12 and weigh 180 pounds(about). I am an ok runner and very active and a pretty good bball player. i wanted to know if i would look silly trying out for b-ball-- even since i dont look it!! thanks

I am slightly over weight I lost the weight when I worked out all the time but I have mived away from home so I gain to all back but I am going home soon. I just don't think I have the will to loose the weight again. Does anyone have advice to get me moviated agian!

Ht. 5'8", Today: 11 st 11 (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 10 st 5 - Hi, I weigh 165 pounds,and I am 5 foot 8 inches. I was just wondering if anyone thinks that i am fat. And also, if you have any ideas on how I could lose 20 pounds.Any tips are greatly appreciated!  (Note: 11 st 11 is 165 lb.)

Hiyas, just stumbled across this site, i'm overweight and so desperately trying to change this by eating healthy, im also a vegetarian, reading the back posts someone mentioned being diet buddys. I am tired of reading things that people say or I want to be skinny so i can be a cheerleader or i want to be skinny so i can be popular. At my school there are a lot of not skinny and not fat and fat people on the cheerleading squads and they are popular. SO ONLY LOOSE WEIGHT FOR YOURSELF NOT FOR ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today: 170 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hi everyone. I am and 18year old girl who is having trouble with my weight. I have not always been fat. Growing up i was a normal weight but then in grade 12 i began to put on the pounds. I now weight about 170pounds. I feel like the real me is trapped in this fat body, and this is not a good feeling. I need to change and feel more alive and not drowning in my own body. My goal is 120pounds and I believe I can do it. I want to prove to myself that I am worth it and can achieve what I set out to do. I will keep you posted with my success and you will see my story and name in the weight loss success board soon.

Tip!! Instead of snaking during eastenders, try to eat while not watching tv at all. They say the best way to eat, is when you doing nothing. Sit down and eat your meal without distractions. Easy said than done, when your hungry and the tv is calling your name. lol But that is ther best way because you know what your eating, and the food gets your full attentions. Once your not hurgry you can stop, because you will be fousing on the food. I should try this!!!! I've had a good day but I have been a sleep most of the morning! bad Krystle, but I do have a sore hip bone thingy. It's been causing me problems but slowly getting better! I've got a class this afternoon and I'm thinking of going to my ftness class tonight! With the hip bone thingy it's kinda painful to workout. I guess I'll just get weighted. Plus the person who runs the class is always really nice even if I have gained like a million lbs. Anyone ever gone to any diet and fitness clubs? I'm attending the Rosemary Conley Diet and fitness club!!! That's my update for this very moment! Krystle xx

ok- yesterday i was bad on my diet but great at my exersizing. i plan to only have 1000 calories today to make up for yesterday and after today go back to 1200. it's just so hectic today i don't even think i'll be going to lunch because i have to do so much for school and today's my honors chemistry final and i have so many projects due today- but i'll have a slimfast bar for lunch- don't worry. gtg to school. bye guys...

Hey everyone,I come to this site time to time looking for inspiration, and I usually find it. But the key in weight loss is not always looking for some quick fix, but for looking at a completely different outlook on life. I go to school every day with people some would call preps, buffies..etc..they're skinny, and "beautiful". But if you really think about it, what truly defines beauty? I can say that I have been overweight, but I had to accept what was me, and then want to change for myself...not because I was supposed to be skinny, but because I needed to be a healthy weight and truly feel comfortable. I noticed a remarkable change in my weight when I began to eat when I was hungry and not just because it was there or because it looked good to me. So, please don't just look for something short-term...and something that is unrealistic, because it will depress you and cause you to eat more...loosing weight with all these "quick" diets is not the key. But keep believing in yourselves, and want this for YOU and not everyone else. -Piccles

Well, tonight i rode my bike about 3/4 of a mile and did 200 crunches. I also did 50 pushups. I know this sounds a little ambitious, but I really want to lose the weight! For breakfast, i had apple juice, an apple and some cereal. For lunch, i had school pizza, an apple, milk, and a cookie (oops). For dinner i had fake mashed potatoes (you know the ones, the flakes that you add water to) corn, roast beef (two small slices) and gravy. Is this a good meal plan? I know the cookie and pizza were probably bad for me, but it was the only thing that our school dosent make from 9 day old leftovers. lol. u can reply to this if you have any suggestions about my meal plan.... I NEED HELP TO LOSE THIS EXTRA POUNDAGE!!!!! I CAN'T DO IT ALONE!!!!!!
