Hi, I have a little dieting plan to lose about 8 pounds ina month. First, Get up in the morning, eat a peach and a piece of bread. At Lunch i get a milk, a 6" sandwich with chesse and turkey, with a side dish of some fries or maybe chips. I excersize 30 minutes a day, but an 1 1/2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays because of gymnastics/tumbling. Right after excersize, i drink a BIG glass of water, then wait for about 20 minutes before I eat something. I dont drink pop. Is it also a good Idea to not eat after 6 PM? or 8 PM? Please reply with some more excersize tips i can do for my excersize or just some tips please. ASAP!

Ht. 5'10", Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - i am finally ready to lose weight it is like my body wants it... like I am craving to go on a jog... I am 5'10 and I weigh 204 pounds... I am ready to lose this weight... I am going to run a mile in the morning b4 getting ready for school and do some stomach excersisces... then I am going to the gym after school to do some weight lifting (I am only gonna do this 3 times a week) then I am going to jog for an hour at night b4 I get ready for bed... I am going to have a cup of coffe (no sugar) and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, for lunch I am going to have an apple and a banana, and for dinner a yogurt... good luck to me

hey- people shouldn't make fun of anyone on their apearance but they do- and really when people should be ridiculed for their attitudes you realize that the ones who should have it hard is the ones who are picking on people. also- if there are skinny people who pick on you just because they don't know what it feels like to be bigger- just remember that if you get over your weight problem now it'll probably be for life and you won't gain it back and if you do you'll know how to lose it again, but the really thin people who eat whatever they want their metabolisms wil;l slow down with age and it'll catch up with them in their adult life and it'll be harder to get it off. so be glad that you're dealing with it now instead of when you're older...

Hey guys...the diet i'm on now us workin really great for me and I've already lost a lot of weight (it's the south beach diet) now I'm afraid that when I am down to the size I want to be at, I'm going to have a lot of extra skin. I hear the surgery to remove it is increbibly painful and I'm not ready to go through with it. what are my chances of this happening (having excess skin)? ugh that's so gross.

i just wanted to say that its a bad idea to eat sugar(ya i know that sucks)because it breaks down the collagen in your body.whch makes your skin sag when you lose weight :(

yeah i know you people have heard to drink lots of water,and you probably have tried to but couldnt.well you really should because if you drink 64oz.of water a day then you can lose 30 ponds a month.but not many people can do this, so try harder and good luck!

I just came to say hi my name is Krissy I am 13 5'6 and I weigh 215lbs... i have not always been over weight just since about 3rd grade, and now i am gonna do sommin about it! me n Jessie(my diet buddy) are gonna work together and motivate each other!... here are my goals Short-170 by Christmas Mid Way-150-155 by February and then 125-130 by June! I know that's ALOT of work, and i am gonna try my hardest! Now, here's the plan: Breakfast-a small sommin like an apple or yougurt! Lunch-Water & Gen-Fit, and maybe be some carrots or sommin! Dinner-A smart One or healthy choice, or salad! And then NO SNACKS! LOTS OF WATER, GEN-FIT, AND EXESICE! for exercise-30curls and jumping jacks in morning after school and b4 bed! and then about an hr worth of play outside a day! Is this good? Let me know! i am huge...my whole family constantly tease and torment me.whenever i come home from school they say things like 'oh going to eat again blubbo?'that comment would come from my mother,no i am not kidding.with 5 people in my family and my sister near my room i can not escape.at school it is almost as worse.i can not turn to anyone else.i do not know what i might do.i have tried talking,but they cut me off and say rude comments.at the moment my mom is telling me to get my fat butt downstairs.i do not know what to do anymore...............
