Hey everyone. I just wanted some quick advie for 'recovering' from a day of piging out--you know, eating ice cream, oatmeal, chocolate, etc and going WAY over a normal calorie limit. Is there any 'recovery' techniques I could do over then ext few dayds to make sure that I don't gain pounds and pounds fro mthis incodent? Thanks guys.

i think most ppl here hav a serously messed up self image. i swear, most ppl should figure thing out like that. and those pplust look lucky ya'll b\c there problems u can't SEE! if someone tells u some thing like that just ignore them, they are probably doing it di feel better about there own problems which believe it or not may be a LOT worse then urs!!!! i know this b\c i listen. i am overweight too, but there are ppl who are just lucky, i bet most of ur problems besides that ur overweight are nothing, and i know that b\c, i had a LOT WORSE problems when i was really overweight, but really guys, ignore them, then talk about it w\ a friend who will understand!! it worked 4 me, and can work 4 n e 1 else!!!

Today: 250 lb - I am 13 and i weigh 250 lbs. I am really fat and my clothes are huge. The kids at school always make fun of me. I want to loose weight before the summer because i feel embarrassed. No matter what i do i keep gaining more weight.

Today: 172 lb - hey it's me April. This summer, I have also been determined to lose the weight (I weigh 172lbs). Everyday, I wake up and tell myself, it isn' worth it to eat so much bcuz I'm never happy when I do. But so far, I haven't had much luck bcuz I can't STOP eating. It is soooo stupid. Being overweight is not the worst thing in the world. If people dislike you or make fun of you because you look 'big' or 'fat', then they are complete IDIOTS! I could scream this out to the whole world until someone finally listens and realizes that it is very stupid and pointless to make someone feel bad about their weight. I am overweight myself, but it doesn't really bother me and I stay healthy by exercising and eating right. Remember, it can be upsetting, but just know that people should see you for how you act and how nice you are, not how big or skinny you are because they are the ones that have problems. If anyone makes fun of you regarding weight or how you look, then you should honestly tell them where to go and not feel bad because the human body comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes. My advice to you (if you are uncomfertable about your weight and all) then just exercise and eat right! Don't worry, be happy and good luck!
