Start: 287 lb, Today: 280 lb, Goal: 200 lb - this is the second posting i have put on here the first time i posted i weighed 287 and now i weigh 280 and i want to be down to at least 200 by atleast august of this year and i was wonderign if anyone could help me and if you are going to insult me don't even bother replying thankyou

Ht. 5'4", Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 92) - Hey! Im 5'4 145 pounds. I started exercising and eatin right about a week ago and i have lost five pounds. I have been doin weight lifting (5pounds) and crunchs but im havin trouble staying on course cause im not sure im workin all the right places. Please tell me of any good videos (not to expensive) that you have used that have worked for you. Thanx in advance.

Today: 137 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Right now is a GREAT time to set goals for summer, it give you plenty of time to achieve them. By writing down your goal, it makes you more responisible, feel free to leave your goal as a comment on this post, I'd love to hear it. I am 137 pounds and I would like to be 115 pounds by May 1st. That's 22 pounds in 12 weeks. Good luck to u too!

Today: 149 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hey i weight 149 right now and i was wondering, if i lost like 29 pounds to get down to 120, will i have extra skin on my stomach.....will it be all hangy? does anyone have any experience with loosing this much weight? if so can u explain what will happen to my stomach i want it to be flat.......thanx!

Today: 208 lb - hi. i thought id leave a message to see if anybody wanted to be email buddies. i dont have any friends that understand my situation. they're all thin & think im fine & shouldnt worry about it because im pretty and my boyfriend is gorgeous(and nicer that theirs!lol). But Im soooooooooo fat. im 208lbs and hate it. my boyfriend doesnt seem 2 care but i look at myself & feel so disguisted so i dont see how he can like me. Well its me again...I was the one who posted a couple days ago saying i was starving myself so i was skinny and my boyfriend would want me back. Well...since i have been apart from my boyfriend...I have lost 14 lbs. It has only been not even 4 days! I am not sure. I am pretty psyched about it. I excersise tons...and havent eaten anything. I have only drank water and taken my vitamins. I havent gotten sick or anything. I am doing ok...and i have so much energy and i am so happy with myself! I am going to be to my goal weight in no time if i keep losing like this!

LOW FAT: I was just wondering what you guys all think about low fat diets. Is 10% or 15% too low for a fat percentage of calories to eat in a day? Does low fat really work cause I hear alot about a calorie is a calorie no matter where it comes from. Also, how many calories should I eat to lose weight? Thanks to anyone who replies! I would really appreciate some comments.

O my gosh ppl!A few days ago I went to McDonalds, Don't Ever Go There in Your Life Time!! I went to there website to see how many calories I ate, I had a Big'n'Tastey (without cheese), Value Meal- The Burger Alone was 540 calories, and the regular medium Fries were 450, and instead of a regular diet coke, I got a Medium chocolate milkshake, It was 580. Talk About dieing before your 30, I suggest not going there, The total of what I thought was a smaller meal(Think If Your Ussually got supersized fries- 610 calories) The total of what I had was 1570 calories!! Outrageous!! I'm Never eating there again. According to the Nutrition Facts all the food really is, is Sodium, and Fat, Yes FAT, exactly what all of us here are trying to get rid of! I hope this Makes you think twice before you even pull into the parkinglot. Lord knows i'm never going there again. Talk to you all later bye! (p.s.- Think twice)

Hey, guys, I hope u guys are doing good, I am. I've recently started losing more weight. I'm eating around 1400 calories a day and doing a tae bo tape everyday for about 20 minutes, i also have a vigorous p.e. class 2-3 times a week. Keep up the good work!!
