hi since everyones moaning about being overweight follow this Cut down on starchy carbohydrates such as bread cereal pasta and rice and replace it with fruit with a plain low fat yogurt and grapefruit juice which speeds up motabelism for breakfast salad sanwhich for lunch or baked beans on toast and fish or chicken with a salad for tea and don't snack on fatty sweets why not snack on fruit or low fat yogurts and if you can't live without chocolate plain dark chocolate is best. And go on a walk everyday or some sort of exercise and try doing sit ups and squats and plunges which tone the but and thighs. WHy not get an exercise visio aswell yoga and dance workouts are good and fun!

hey, i am worried about my weight. i used 2 b quite fat, i mean i looked fat (at least pretty chubby) but then i kinda dieted and got really skinny and all. but no i think i hav out a load of weight on, even tho i am the same dress size as wen i was skinny. i am scared 2 go on the scales and c how much i really weigh ( i am guessing around 8 stone) and i no that doesnt sound very much but believe me, i am short (about 5 ft 3/4) so every pound shows on me. do any of you know any ways i can lose weight fast??? or if not lose weight, look more toned? i am sure my parents wouldnt like me to be dieting, they didnt know that i was on a diet before and didnt really notice until i had lost more that a stone. so are they any good exercises that it dont take much time to do (fit in with school) and dont need any special equipment? thank you so much.

Replying to Heather's earlier post-Look heather...that is about the dumbest thing you could ever say. You are just dying for attention. I know the kids make fun of you, and you can't go to dances cause you look "pregnant" in a dress. I know it hurts, Heather, but we cannot just magically take your problems away. I am sorry, I am not trying to be unkind. But, this is ridiculous. "I am going to go anorexic if I dont get help." I would think you have already tried that before. And judging by the fact you are still fat, I highly doubt you could commit to not eating anything for more then a few hours. Look, all you need to do is just stay modivated. Keep it in your mind that you want to lose weight, go do something active instead of munching while you are at the t.v. or computer. Cut out all of the soda and extra junk food from your diet and you will be great! Ht. 5'0", Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Well, I really need a diet buddy and I can't find one with all the same stats. I am 12 yrs old 5 foot and 146 lbs. I live in texas. I love to sk8board but I don't think it helps at all. PLEASE HELP MEI also get teased all the time!

Ht. 5'2", Today: 136 lb (BMI %tile: 94) - hey every1! i want to know if i could lose 10 pounds in three weeks by my eating plan:breakfast:toast,1 cup of milk and some veggies/lunch: fruit(maybe an orrange and a apple,with water/ supper: fruit or veggies,water, and maybe some dinner like a scoop of watever is made! tell me how that sounds and remember i weigh 136 and am 5"2 and i will be drinkin lots of water!! hey gurls i think i might have gone a little over board with the foodBreakfast-2 small pancakes (really small)Lunch-Blogna, cheese, mustard sandwhich(on sour dough bread its all we had)i put 2 spanish olive on it....5 yogurt pretzles...1 green apple (didnt finsih it)...1 cup of peach juice is that too much?

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! My parents just announced that we're going on a cruise for spring break and I usually don't go swimming cause I look bad in a suit, but I can't really avoid swimming on a cruise, so I need to lose 30 lbs. in 3 months!!!! Can anyone give me some good things to eat and excercise plans????? THANKS SOOO MUCH!!!!!!

Today: 180 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Guess what. i went totally in to shock just recently (hence the name) when i weighed myself. i promised myself that i would never weigh 180+ and the scale said i was 182.5!!! ahhhh no wounder i look so fat!!! i'm doing this for my health so at least i have the reason to, plus i want to be able to wear better clothing. if i could get down to a size 8 i would be so happy, and my goal weight will definantly be a smaller size than that. i ws 160 a year ago and a size 10,now i am a size 14 and bigger.and my legs look all lumpy. ewwwww.i want to lose 60lbs, but its kind of difficult when your dad cooks hot dogs twice a week!! that right there is my fault. what are healthy dinners that are easy to fix for a dad who doesn't cook???? i found some other things i can do for cravings. also, i need all the ideas for exercise i can get. i am a nice person and i deserve a nice package, right. thanks and good luck to all. p.s. i lost 2.5 lbs!

Hey my name is Carly, i'm 15 and im in the 9th grade. since the beginning of this school year, I've gained 15 pounds which is very unlike me. I have stopped watching what I eat and have tried to start eating healthy again, but i find that it is just too hard. I dont know what could be causing this weight gain b/c i am an active person. I am involved in field hockey, indoor and outdoor track. The weight that i have been gaining however I've noticed is in my theighs, hips, buttocks, and breast areas. Can anyone offer tips, help, advice, anything at all would be greatly appreciated.
