Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 155.5 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 150 lb - So I'm .5 slimmer! Going walking in the morning is really cool because I get to go out in the rain! Weird, I know, but I'm originally from back east so I love the cold weather. Going walking with my baby sis right now. Taking my wrist weights and ankle weights.
Big fall about December, in my family, we have about 5 birthday's, that means cake, that means weight gain! So far, I've avoided 3 of those binges.
Doing better then ever. SOOO glad to be in the 150's. Wanna get to the 140's by mid January.
Taking things day by day. I have a notepad that I log my daily success in. So far 5 days have been on track. Want to get a bike for Christmas so I can exercise more and have a ride to my friends houses.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 254 lb, Today: 249 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - WOW! haha do you think this is a fluke or am I just actually having success on a diet? I mean 5 pounds in 7 days... I really hope I can keep this up. I dont really know if I see any difference but as long as the weight is coming off I will be happy even if I dont see a difference for a while :)
I am still only eating when I am hungry (I think my stomach like on the inside might have shrunk because I feel like I actually cant eat that much because I feel full a lot sooner. lol) Yesterday I did some excersices with one of those stretchy band things (dont know what its called) and today I walked with my friend down to her house after school which isnt really that far but it wasnt nothing lol.
How is every one else doing? I think I am doing pretty good :)

100 leg lifts, walk to the park and back 3 times, 200 lifts w/ weights, walk dogs for 30 minutes, 1 hr cardio (sports), 20 mins walking with my dad to look at Christmas lights, 200 s q u a t s

I decided that next year I wouldn't be continuing with high school cheer so I'm trying out for this new team in April. Only 1 problem they're cheer uniforms cut off at the stomach! Great! So this is now my new motivation :) Hope everyone is doing well!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 164.6 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 130 lb - This morning I did Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and had a banana, cup of milk, and a Calcium D and multivitamin. I feel really good, I did a few yoga stretches a couple of minutes ago to stretch out my back and legs and I feel really good! My goal is to be 160 or 159 by the new year :) good luck to you guys!
