Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - Hey! Lost another 2 pounds! I have school off 2day so extra exercise! How is everyone doing with their goals this year? I want to be 155-150 by Jan. Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 195 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 135 lb - Feeling pretty good today. Also, I did great yesterday too! Im loving the energy im getting from being healthier. Im gonna try out some more cardio to imbalance the amount of calories burned vs the amount of calories eaten. :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - Hey guys (At schools computer), screwed up yesterday :(. I ate a little too much. So yesterday didn't count as my 'diet day'. I just ate breakfast, 1 cup 1% milk, 1 cup Cheerios, and a sliced banana = 300 calories. I'm going walking when I get out at 3 with my sisters. Wish me luck! I know I can keep this weight loss up. Everyone has off days. What matters is that I won't give up. I'm staring to walk everywhere! To the library (20 minutes of walking) 4 times a week, to Walmart (25 minutes walking) on the weekends and my usual walking. I'm aiming to lose 8 pounds a month. I'll keep posting my progress each week. Thank you for all your support and have a great Thanksgiving!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 165.6 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 130 lb - I've decided I'm gonna quit drinking soda...I'm gonna slowly get myself off by only allowing one soda a week. Then one every two weeks, etc until I'm completely done. For thanksgiving I'm gonna get one plate and just stack it full of food and never go back for seconds, I do think I will eat Less this way. Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - So, I'm starting this thing. I don't know how many times I've said that but i think this time it'll be different. I have the knowledge now -of foods to eat and what foods i should be avoiding -exercises that involve cardio and importantly, muscle. All i need now is motivation. I've told my mom that i wanted to lose weight before but when it came to it, i never really tried. So now when i tell her, she doesn't believe that i can do it. Which is understandable. But i know i can do so much better than what she thinks im capable of, i know i can. This is the first website that i think can actually motivate me enough to lose 45lbs. Wish me luck.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - I looked up ideal weight for for 5"3 my doctor told me 104 pounds would be good for me. But I know some of you think im nuts. Not at all, I mean I Cut my portions, im leaving Turesday morining,im scared of going through fast food places,like MCDONAL"S or Buger King, Five Guys I like better,,, they dont have meat procced, I read,, watch out for calories, and sugar.,Im still aiming 108-104. Pounds! not giving up!,poor today's little kids,I saw,a show,on my IPod, touch, on Youtube, one mother feeds, her 3 year old daughter, to much food. 84 pounds.. That bad, her mother should change the habits, and get her outside.
Obese. Not so good.
Dont eat to much on Thanksgiving.

So today is the offical day i start my 5lbs in 5weeks!!!Im taking my 20lbs,and dividing it by 5 which=4!Not following my concept?Then here,- i want to,oh i mean WILL lose 20lbs in 4 sections of 5lbs.If you still dont understand... 20lbs WILL be gone in 20 weeks,5 lbs for every 5 weeks (which is 20weeks/lbs,divided by 5weeks/lbs=4sections!!)If you still dont get it,well can`t help ya!!!!:P I will try to get AT LEAST 10 min of exercise a day,for the next 5 weeks,it will be difficult(especially with snow on the way) but i will pull through!!Any advice is honestly helpful so please reply!!!::D wish me luck!!!<3byeee!

So I havent lost much weight, but im feeling much more energetic, so im taking that as a good sign. Plus, my body tends to build muscle pretty fast so I think thats what's happening. Nevertheless I shall keep up the cardio and healthier foods and sew where it takes me :) im starting zumba workouts tomorrow so ill let you guys know how it goes! And i took the water advice and its helped :)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 143 lb, Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 120 lb - Hye guys! I haven't been keeping up with my "healthy living lifestyle" or excersize, but today I just picked up the DVD Workout 'Insanity' and plan to start it Monday! It's a really intense 60 day workout program, that uses muscle confusion so you keep losing weight! I'm so excited! I want to get in shape for soccer season next year January, so wish me luck!
P.S- Has anyone else done Insanity, or is thinking about doing it? Let me know!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - Thamksgiving next Thruday, crazy, you know,that when I usually binge,My grandmother thinks 104 pounds is skinny, but the nurses,and my doctors told me,that would,put me in the healthy,not skinny,my aunts anoy me, at times, my aunt and unlce's house, is worst, a lot of junk food, but a lot bananahs. My older sister, thinks im skinny, but Im not,I hope to be 108- pounds, by May 2012! that my next track tourmennt! I want to be 104 pounds for the states next year!. That my goal! I am going to prove my aunt,my grandma, my sister wrong.
And I am doing it.Not done yet,loseing weight!

Going shopping with my mom and sisters gonna get as much as I can in low calorie/fat foods for our feast. Tomorrow I'm gonna see my dad, hes been gone on a business trip for a week now, and were gonna go ride my horse and gt frozen yogurt. Fat free vanilla and fruit.
My parents are overweight, their supportive about my sister and I losing weight but don't listen when we say we don't want desert or fast foods :(. I'm trying to get my dad and mom to go on my diet, so wish me luck! Their both addicted to Dr. Pepper and ice cream. Have a happy Thanksgiving! :)Maddie:) ^_^

so yesterday our phys. ed group was allowed in the weight room!:D i did some of the things that were in there but next weeks phys.ed is gonna be awesome!so later im gonna go walk/jogging on the track to be | | that much closer to my goal!::D OOOH,to-update yall on my “love” life,- Michael is my crush,but so is JT!! :0!! i mean yea Mike is nice,cute and flirty(sometimes) but JT is like niceR,also cute,but almost always flirtIER than Mike!!but uh JT is kinda shorter than me...by like 2 inches... (hopefully he will grow a little bit)::D but christmas is coming up along with thanksgiving,new years,And...my hopefully halfway point, Valentines day!!!(137lbs or less) by the time christmas comes i want to weigh 140lbs. 5 lbs in 36 days,DO YOU THINK I CAN DO IT?please post comments!wish me luck<3 yall byee!::D

Ht. 5'5", Start: 147 lb, Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 125 lb - I freaked out today by the littlest thing and bawled my eyes out, wanted this pair of pants that are size 9, I thought that they were just a little tight but I really wanted to ware that size. So when I showed my mom how they looked, and she said I needed to go up a size, then she started laughing when I told her she called me fat. Then she had to go tell everyone which by the way meant telling them my size .

And I didn't kill myself over the water, this week ive had about 6 cups a day, next week ill try to move up to 8. Question: has anyone done or heard about Zumba fitness? It seems like fun so any feedback is appreciated. :)
