Ht. 5'5", Start: 157 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 110 lb - Well my scale bailed on me so I don't know how much I lost. I need to do some weight exercises, but I really don't know how. All I have are 2 1lb weights. I need to work my upper body more as I do a lot of cycling for my legs. I've gotten a lot of exercise this week,but there is no healthy food in the cafeteria and I don't know what to do. I don't have the option of bringing lunch and I absolutely have to eat.Today I had a bake potato with broccoli, some milk and jello. I know it sounds awful,but as soon as I get home I'm on the bike. Any advice? BTW I watch the biggest loser. Anybody else?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 143 lb, Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 120 lb - This is my first post on here, and I hope my last will be saying I reached my goal! This time last year I was at an ok weight of 130 pounds, but then a couple of girls told me I had the "perfect body" and I let it get to my head. I stopped watching what I was eating and virtually all excercise, and now i'm a good 10-13 pounds heavier! I started going to the gym this past summer and lost six pounds in two weeks! But then school started again, and i've stopped going to the gym, i'm eating bad school food, and late night eating is a lifestyle for me. Now, i'm back to where I started. I would really like some sort of online friend, who is going through the same thing as me, and maybe we could talk and kind of motivate each other.

(response to other post:The yoga was super healthy and it felt really good!I did see michael,but he wasnt working out :( but i did see him in the halls,and he was fast walking so that he could get next to me ;) hahaha!but next week if i go,im gonna hit the weight room because i didnt get to because amanda and i were changing and looking for money....) So anyway tomorrow im going to go for a walk,do some crunches maybe some squats!But if you guys have anything i should try let me know!wish me luck!!!!<3 u guys!<3byeee!

I am still going to be carefull with my Thanksgiving and Christamss meals.
Dont eat to much on Thanksgiving, small meals, I like cranberry sauce, small amounts, one piece of white turkey, and vetablges, and small glass of Cider, gravy small amount, photes, small, green beans.
No seconds, more water, I am going to do it and I can do it I know I can! small slice of pumpkin pie.
I hoep to have helped with the Thanksgiving meals tips.

I have really good news today!Ok,so the first thing is that i think i might weigh 145 or less(meaning 144-143)Im really excited because tomorrow im doing this yoga class session after school(2:33 school ends)and its about an hour long,also my my best friend Amanda is doing it with me!!! it only costs 5 dollars,but the instructor said that she wants to pay for my first session because im all about being healthy...(most of the time (:D)ALSO i might be working out with Michael (my crush) in the weight room tomorrow!im soo excited!:D so my plan is to dart after class to the bathroom get changed and make it back in time to my locker so i can talk to him!!!(and he can see me in my cute yoga capris)if he doesnt go to the weight room im going to be a bit sad,but hey what am i going to do about it!??ok well im going to go because i dont know what else to talk bout!if anyone has advice on exercising or whatnot its always helpfull!thxx,wish me luck!!!<3byee

My life hasn't been about all the teasing, but I've had people call me fat, saying that my body was grross and I can agree. My sister is very skinny and perfect and I hope to be as skinny as her one day. I have to stick to walking because I have asthma and it's terrible, so running is out of my equation. Though in school I have PE- lifetime fitness and I think it might be helping a little. If anyone has advise for me to get started, that would be great, thanks. Love, Abbie

Ok so here's my story. I was trying to lose weight but because of moving schools and what have you, I put on like a stone. However, my doctor believes I have an underactive thyroid so I am waiting for test results for that. Unfortunatly a side effect of an underactive thyroid is weight gain which is why i might be gaining when i eat right and stuff. I try to eat healthy but after a week i crash and eat chocolate and biscuits and loads of junk. Does anyone have any tips.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - That the ideal weight for my hight, I been cutting portions, for almost a mounth now! I been on track for 2 weeks! I am so exicted !! laying around doing nothing about your weight, get up and move more, dont jst sit around and watch TV 3-4 hours, make a life style change! I am going to be at my Aunt's apartment Saturday, I dont know if it will be dinner or what? It took me almost 9-11 mounths to get to a size L Juniours and Missess, my goal is to be a size S , and a size 4 depends on how much I grow ... I used to eat like a pig.. I was like enough is enough I want to cahnge my life, I want to be a beter example for my 3 year old niece, I was like I dont want her to pick up my bad habits.. The older are to be good example to the youngests.. I just want to be healthy.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 165.6 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 130 lb - Last night while I was watching The Biggest Loser I walked on the tredmile for 3 miles and studied for my vocabulary test...can you say multitasker??!! Haha, I got back on track this week after I fell off the wagon last weekend. Feels good to eat healthy and exercise again.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 118 lb - What I do apples at times, I use an apple cutter, and I put the slices on a small plate and the peanut butter the ones you have to stir and a small glass of milk, very healthy, if you guys want something healthy with apples, no sugar peanut is better then skimpy.
This the tip I use a lot Fall-Winter unitl early spring. April I stop, to warm by then.
