Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 118 lb - How I lost more then seven pounds!! I ate less and drank more water, and furit and vegtables, and half a piece of meat, ran all over the place, chase my 3 year old niece around, I had Speical K creal with furit in it. And cut Ketcup to a small dot, once in a while is ok!! I am not really a junk food eater, anymore so much as I used to, I gave up orange soda, Sprite, and regular coke, Mist. And moutain Due, I tried the diet version is nasty, I eat dark chocolate now once a mounth is ok. It is very rare I eat fast food now, it taste nasty, yuck" I did jump rope back in the Spring. I only drink half of soda in a paer cup. Or a small soda, I used to eat to much candy. And stay in bed for 12 hours. Bad habit to have in the first place. I been trying to lose weight since October 2010. I finally did it some what.
Don't ever give up.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - New goal!!! I wanna lose 15 pounds by the end of September because that's when I'm having senior pictures done by a professional photographer...and I also really like this guy who just started dating this twig of a girl and I'm a bit jealous...I really just wanna show everybody in my life, my friends, my family, and my enemies that I can lose weight! Isn't it funny how anger and jealousy can motivate you? It's kind of sad, but whatever gets me going!!! Good luck to all of you! I love you!!!

People always think she is my little sister!! it is funny. I say no she is just my niece. She is 3. Since June. for almost 2 mounths.
I even talk to my male friend James once a mounth or two weeks.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 263 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - sooo im recaping from the begining of the summer when i said i was gonna work hard to be under 200 pounds by the end of it well i start school tomorrow and i didnt make it =/ in total i only lost 11 pounds , BUT i'ved toned up very well :)) so im not stressing it , and hopefully i reach goals by the end of this year ! :D

Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 120 lb - Hi! I'm having a little trouble with weight loss and I saw this site. I'm an athlete- a swimmer and also a dancer. I swim vigorously for 5 hours a day 6 days a week,I take irish dance lessons 2 days a week and ballet 2 days a week. I ride my bike for about 20-25 miles almost everyday. I walk or ride my bike to school and its like 5 miles away. But i still can't lose enough weight to be healthy and it always comes back. I eat healthy and never too much. Some help? Also when people say im 'fat' they don't understand that i have a large frame due to swimming- broad shoulders etc. and that a lot of my body mass is muscle. My doctor told me all this. But he always says I need to lose weight. I know this, I've know it for the past 5 years! People always tell me I'm beautiful and I think so too, but then there are some other things I wish were different- clothes never... (view more)

About that, but I moved, and say to myself I am starting over tomrrow, not giving up to get my goal for a healthy weight!! dont ever give up!!! girls.
Melissa, I messed up, I cant stand that. I am really nervss. I am going to be in a horse show tomrrow afternoon, help me... I dont want to mess up.. Ahhha I dont want to gain the wt. back, I am really nervss, yikes. And next Friday yikes, there is going to be a lot of at the 4H in my county and state. Help, any ideas?

I had toast with jam for breakfast, blt and like 2 bites of a sugar cookie for lunch...problem was dinner...we went out. I had this small burrito thing but I ate all the rice and beans, oh and chips and salsa. I did really great at the beginning of the day so I hope that kind of balances out my dinner. I sped walked 2 miles on the tredmile. Not very much but I feel really good. I always feel good after exercising. I'm going to a concert tomorrow and so that means I'll be going out to dinner with my sister. I'm doing Weight Watchers. If you don't know how that works I'll give a brief summary. In WW food is a certain amount of points based on fat, protein, and carbohydrates and each day you get a certain allotment of points based on weight, height, and gender along with bonus points for the whole week. This site has helped me be motivated but I always seem to fail over and over again. I am leaving the past behind and I want to start again, and see where my future leads to. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago, but I have gained most of it back in the last couple of months. I have started riding my bike nearly 20 miles a day, but I am still gaining weight. I'm really starting to lose hope. I need a buddy, or multiple buddies, that I can talk to for support. Does anybody have any ideas?

That a poun.. Jump rope, running, jog, strecthcs. Eat less . Anyone over 300 pounds. I can help. I am trying to encourge you young women and young men.. Dont give up!! Fisber is a good way to burn calories!!! I believe you guys can do it. I used to lose movtion, not anymore since I came here Early Spring.. If there are qustions how I lost weight? I don't think types exist to buy in stores. Anymore.. That was about a few years a go.. I got rid a lot 3 years a go.. Workout DVDS are recmmand, stop being lazy and getting moving now, that bad for your health and well being... Check out the TV tickets!! They are a good tool for kids and teens who have TV .. Limt TV about 15 miuntes.. Try an excrise that you never done before. Once you get used to excrise you might want to try a difftern excrise. No point being lazy.. Sweat helps you lose weight.. Just do something usefull. How you Taylor?
