Ht. 5'4", Start: 230.2 lb, Today: 174.5 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I have been at the same weight for a while now oh i have gained a like2 pounds i just cant get up to work out anymore at home and i dont go to the gym anymore because i cant get up in the morning to go, and i havent been eating right,
I want to loss enough weight to feel better about my self and actually leave my house once in a while.

does anyone have any help/idea's for me such a healthy food and workout?
I plan to go to the gym tomorrow im ready to get this show on the road LOL i want to get in drama and back in swimming!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 120 lb - So I've been trying to eat a little less the past few days, and do things like pushups, crunches, etc. I haven't weighed myself so I don't know if it's working. 18 pounds doesn't seem like alot, but I keep dreading the moment where I give up, because I'm known to not stick to anything that I start. Anyway, good luck to everybody.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 160 lb - Me? I've been overweight not too long... maybe 3-4 years and I HATE it. Im made fun of and laughed at. People really need to calm the eff down about weight issues, NOBODYS perfect. I just just started jogging and I have been for 2 n 1/2 weeks and I lost 8 pounds its gonna be hard for some people like me to lose the wait but you can do it! It helps if u have a friend or family memeber to motivate u jus sayin. (: Good luck to who ever else is trying.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 100 lb - Hi, I'm not that overweight, but I still want to lose a little bit. (My goal weight is not 100, I just don't know what it should be, 100 would be too skinny for someone my height.) Does horseback riding help you lose weight? I'm going to be doing that this summer and I'm curious. It doesn't seem like it, though. I'm obsessed with smoothies and I use ingredients like bananas, protein powder, yogurt, almond butter, strawberries, pineapple, honey, chocolate milk.... Does any one have any healthy blender recipes? I got a mini blender for my birtday so I'm wondering. I think that I'm taller than 5 3 which would put me in the healthy weight range. But anyone would say I'm a bit"puffy"... So, thanks and please reply!

Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 179.6 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 176 lb - omg! im down to 179.6! last wk or so i was 181.3 or somethin! i have a mini goal to be 176. hopefuly in the next couple wks i will have reached that goal. i have almost lost 5 lbs since i started and i am veryyyyyyyyyy much ready to lose even more! good luck to u guys!!(:

Ht. 5'8", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I've been chubby all my life but about two years ago I noticed i could sneak snacks into my room without anyone noticing. That's when I started gaining. I went from 150 to 220 in two years. I can't stop overeating and im embarrassed to exercise so I don't know what to do. Also, I kinda like having such a big belly but I know its unhealthy so I should try and get rid of it. But I like being fat so much.

Ht. 4'11", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - Okay, 30 pounds, 3 months. Can I do it?? XD I have always been a little chubby, not fat, but still over weight. It has never really bothered me that much, I still think I'm beautiful. But then I met the love of my life, and even though he tells me everyday I'm perfect, I just don't feel good enough for him. He's hot and truly is perfect in every way, and I want to look like the girl I think he deserves. So I'm trying to lose weight, I have been eating very healthy, especially foods I know are supposed to boost your metabolism, I do 30 minutes of cardio everyday (jogging!) to burn fat, and 15 minutes of muscle training to tone my body. Support and other peoples stories would be very much appreciated =) Hopefully 3 months from now I will be posting my success story <3

Ht. 5'2", Start: 230 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - HONESTLY, im pissing myself off really bad, i was down too 200 and now im back up im so sick and tired of being fat especially when i know dang well i can do it. Im just to lazy to wake up and go jogging/ walking. Its so hard to eat right and not over eat when my mom keeps buying unhealthy stuff and soda. i just cant help myself it looks to me like ill be fat forever, ill never be under 200 pounds. My moms so big shes going for gastric bypass at the end of may. They expect her to be 160 bye next december. MY MOM will be skinner than me, i cant let that happen, no no no not fair. I just want to be a skinny pretty emo/skater girl. but im not im a fat pretty emo girl im too fat to skate now too :( i just need to stop and get back on track but how? i just dont know what to do anymore!

today is sunday, what better way to lose weight than in the begiinging of the week
anyway, i made up this new workout called a wall-up
it is like a pushup, but u do it on the wall instead of the floor
it really works

Ht. 5'4.5", Start: 169 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 147 lb - Im 5' 4.5'' i'll be 16 next month and i am very active with walking and swimming, i swim 4 to 5 times a week; but my health is very poor, my body doesn't absorb vitimins in foods well, so i suppose to eat alot more, along with tablets vitimins. But i forget to take them twice a day, i can barely keep up with drinking enough water, yet alone sleep! help any thoughts to boost my excerise, and better ways to remember stuff?

BFAST nothing
LUNCH soft pretzel, milk
DINNER meat, maybe a vegetable
My body wont let me eat over 500 calories a day.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 181.3 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 170 lb - im so happy! last tuesday i weighed 184.5 and today i weighed in at 181.3! i lost 3.2 lbs!!! i tried really hard, and ran everydayy! im so excited! i rly hope i will lose the weight!
