Ht. 5'2", Start: 263 lb, Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 220 lb - okayyy so i gained 2 pounds lol maybe it was to good to be true =/ lol but i aint sweating it ! :) now i need to lose 10 pounds by the end of this month and i would be super happy !

I really want to get to my goal weight but I never stick with it! I'll do it for a little while and then i just stop! It's so frustrating. I've been heavy since I turned about 10 and I'd like to be a healthy weight. I want to feel good in a bathing suit and dresses, I dont want to be embarassed to eat in front of people, I want boys to think I look good, i want more energy, i want to feel like i can stand up and say something without the fear of someone making fun of my weight! Everyone tells me I'm pretty, but I don't see it! I see it at times and I feel really good when I do, but I'll go through these times were i feel like a cow! Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 158 lb - neverending pain !!!! hi lm natasha lm 14 and l weight over 200 pounds. l hate my body all my friends are thin and lm just fat ,my friends always say to them selfs lm fat l need to lose weight but they are not. l just want to be normal weight be like every normal teenager lve wanted to loose weight so much since the day me and my friend where out shopping she was triying on reall small cute clothes and l was triying on adult sizes and that really upset me since that day l just came home and l jjust said enough is enough .l stop eating like theres no tommrow .l stated going gym and l went swimming every week and since then lve lost three ponds and thats a start l would love to write part two of this telling you lve lost 3 stone cause this summer l want to go on holiday and l want to feel good in everything l wear.if you would like to get in touch with me email me at tasha342@live.co.uk.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 233 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Wow! 18 pounds lost, and all I've really done is eaten healthier and controlled my portions. My stomach has shrunked so much! Looking at how much I've eaten before, and how much I eat now, I eat only about half as what I did before. Keep going guys. DONT GIVE UP!

So guys, I've been doing the Weight Watchers new Points Plus program and if you actually follow it like you should, it works so well! :) My school day is REALLY long (7:30 to 4:00) so I don't really get to exercise much. Does anyone have any tips on getting more exercise during my long day where I'm consistently sitting? Thanks!

well anyway i went to this diabetes testing and it turns out that im at risk!!!
holy crap!
good news is that the taekwondo classes ive been taking have been helping me lose weight (yay) and im binging less than usual

Ht. 5'3.5", Start: 180.4 lb, Today: 180.4 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I've gained so much weight in the past two years, I've gained 40 lbs total.i stopped playing sports and started to stay at home more and this is what led me to being the person I currently am. I'm afraid if I keep eating likethis it will kill me. i bascially eat anything and everything that tastes good. I eat when I'm hungry,sad,mad,or bored. Food is basically my best friend. I'm very insecure so i don't like people getting that close to me. I feel like i'm constantly being judged. I need help now & I'm calling out to anyone that's ever felt like I do to help me overcome this struggle, tips would be appreciated ! :)

I may not be overweight to the "charts" but i definatley look it. I have thunder thighs but im not really considered a pear shape. I feel terrible about myself and my self confidence is low. Im the type of person with a ton of friends. Skinny friends. Im the cheerleading captain at my school and im very popular. Its my appearance that bothers me. I always say im going to lose weight but i never do it. I nee support and some tips on losing weight because i simply dont know how to. Im 13 so i have limited options.
