Ht. 5'2", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - I want to lose weight so bad, but I can't start today or tomorrow, I was thinking about starting monday by eating the same foods but eat less portions and cut out my addiction to chips,but when the time comes to me wanting to switch to organic foods,It's going to be hard because my mom will probably not like it because I've always tried to try fad diets and never stay consistent, what can I do?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 227 lb, Today: 227 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Hey everyone, so basically, ive always wanted to be 130 since i was age 13. In freshman year i was around 180 and then everyday after school i went to McDonalds with some older kids who could drive, we would hang out and eat everday. Then i ended up into the 200s then the 220s. Now im pretty much dieing to be 180 again. I really want this, and i have all the tools to do it, its just makeing myself do it. Anyone get where im coming from? Ive been reading the pots and i feel like im the biggest girl here :c. Ive decided im going to drink 8 cups of water a day like people are supposed to do, i just hope i can make myself do it.
I fersure wanna be more healthy, but honstley, i want a boyfriend, because ive never had one (other than the internet, yeah i know pathetic). Im starting tomarrow, and im not sure what i want to do for excersise yet, but the better eatting deff starts tomarrow. I hope someone acutally reads this haha, good luck to everyone!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Typical. Know everything there is to losing weight, yet I don't have the belief in my head that I can actually accomplish it. How sad ain't it?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 163.2 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 150 lb - Without diet exercise really doesn't mean much cuz you are probably eating 3x as many calories as you burn off. It's hard to get started but once you do you will start to see the pounds melt away.

last time i weighed in i was like 1 lb thinner n that was a month ago. i exercised a lot the past 1-2 wks but im having a lotta trouble w the food. idk i have such a weakness for food, n im just rlyy scared that because of that i'll never get to lose that weight!!!!!!!!

I did good this week:D a weightloss of 3.2lbs.
I would really like to pull another week like that off, but that means intense running on tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday because my boyfriend and I are gonna be partying thursday and friday lol
I don't really see 3.2 lbs comming off this week, but ima push for it. :D

LAst year, I weight 131.6 pounds. Now I am in seventh grade and weigh 151.8.I need to lose weight before summer starts, and my clock is running out. Ht. 5'3", Start: 138 lb, Today: 134 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 125 lb - Hello! I just had a random question. Well I've been trying to lose weight. (and I did lose 4 lbs). The way I do it is that I run 3 blocks everyday after school with my 2 dogs, despite the pain. My mom thought it was shin splints? But it always happens. My shins just kill me the whole time I'm running. I thought shin splints went away in a few days, but its been about 3 weeks, and it doesn't stop?

NOT!!
Today, i ate about 5 pizzas, 1 1/2 chicken sandwichs, a milk shake, and so on.
I am soooo not gonna reach my goal anytime soon if i keep it up like this.
Wayt loss is impossible.
I NEED TIPS/SUPPORT/MOTIVATION!!!!!

Any diets or exercise routines that may help or any encouragement would really help. My school serves ice cream, slushies, PB&J sandwiches, and soft pretzels everyday. It's kind of tempting not to eat some ice cream every now and then. Any advice?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 205 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Hey I'm hali. I have posted on here before but its been a while. I am currently 205 lbs though I don't look it. I do have quite a stomach and thunder thighs. I recently went to the OBGYN and she told me that if I don't lose weight I'm going to get diabetes and probably won't be able to have kids. So I have decicded to take control starting with this.
I am currently 205 lbs
I want to be around 180 by graduation in june then eventually in the 160s before I start college.
I am going to do weigh ins on Tuesday mornings.

I know i didn't work out as hard as i could have, but i still worked out. This gets aggravating. lol Still trying to loose my 10lbs by prom. Oh Wells kicking it into overdrive this week. 2 workouts a dayyy!!!!!!! :D
