Ht. 5'3", Start: 216 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Okay, so I'm at a mindset now that I want to lose weight, but I know simply thinking it won't do anything. I've got to workout. What can I do, and I'd like different options, on what I can do for exercise. I'm looking for more than running and doing crunches. Also, what keeps you motivated. A problem I have is losing motivation. What tips do y'all have to keep the momentum going and to keep the commitment?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 175 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - hi im new here and would like to share my story. well being overweight is not easy. i cant move around as good as an average person, eat alot of junk food and fast food, and dont exersize. im so pathetic taht i was fundrasing by selling candy and actually ate 5 chocolate bars in one sitting!! and still ate lunch which was a big mac and a large fries and soda. i seriously need help because i cant do it alone. im eating constantly and dont want to any more. please help me

Ht. 5'1", Start: 175 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - well i've been overweight for a while and sadly i deny my problem thats gotten me at 225lbs. after school i always eat fast food, get home lay on my bed watching TV and do homework until my parents come home then eat dinner with them.i eat everything with big servings. i know its unhealthy but i cant help my self. at school i always have a bag of with me and eat alot too. i need help because its getting harder and harder for me to find clothes that fit and cant move around that easily too. i need help

This has been an on-going cycle for the longest time. I say this everytime but I truthfully want to make a change. I want to be healthy. i want to be able to share clothes with my skinny friends. I want to look good in a swimsuit. I want boys to like me :( if anyone has any tips or advice for me please comment, it would be really appreciated !

So I need to lose 35lbs in that time. (it's possible right.?) I already eat good, it's juss that I eat to much, but I have been working on that! Also I have PE at skool and play the Wii fit plus everyday for 30mins. (well I have been for awhile but tomorrow it official!) I'm worried that I won't lose the weight. :( so I think I need to do some real exercises at home. So if anyone knows of some, tell me.(: oh yeah, I would like to lose weight from my arms, my stomach, my thighs, and especially my clalfs. (there huge! I'm back though and lately, everything has been really well with me. Health-wise at least. I've been eating healthy foods everyday and drinking water. I try to work out a lot, but sometimes I'm just not in the mood so I don't. When I do, though, I go for about 20 or 30 minutes. Hey, at least it's somethin', right? Anyway, I've been at this for almost two weeks and I've lost 5 pounds! I think I've finally got this down.
