Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Im just starting out in my weight loss, all my life i have been over weight.. my frinds laugh at me, and im ashamed to go to the pool... but recently i've meet this awesome guy, that sees past my body....and has helped me get my self esteem back up... so now i want to lose weight just to prove to everyone that i too can be beautiful.. so i guess what im asking is... how can i stay motivated.. im pretty bad when it comes to staying focused... so does anyone know how i'll stay on my weight loss plan.. and loss my unwanted weight?? thanks xx

Ht. 5'8", Start: 216.6 lb, Today: 216.6 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - I was looking for a place to just post things about how I'm feeling about my weight and things like that and then I found this website and decided to give it a try. I started trying to lose weight when I was 12. I only wanted to get rid 10lbs. I tried weight watchers and it worked for a little while but after a death in the family I just stopped using it. I really want to get back to a healthy weight because now I am obese. I've been tried tons of different things but nothing has stuck. I'm going into my senior year of high school and I want to be as fashionable and health and happy as I can be but I know that I won't as long as am this size. Today is the day that I'm really hoping to make a change. Thanks for the support.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 281.8 lb, Today: 276.2 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone! So, for the first time in MONTHS I'm actually doing well! I officially started eating healthy on August 19th, and I've been at it ever since pretty much. There have been a couple of slip-ups, but I haven't binged or anything like that, which is something I'm WAYYYYY proud of. So far, I've lost 5.6 pounds! I've still got a long way to go, but I'm completely confident this time and I will get there, mark my words. :] Good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 139 lb, Today: 143 lb - Hi!This isn't my success story really.I'm actually overweight.I'm 164cm tall(5'4-5'4 feet)and I weigh 65kg(143)That's a lot huh.Last year at this time I was 63kg.I hate being bullied because of this.I used to train swimming,but I became heavier and now I'm stuck with huge shoulders.I go to dance lessons 2-3 times a week.I drink more water and try to eat less.I'm a vegetarian so it helps.I lost 5pounds in less than a week.I still eat a little chocolate for dessert after dinner.I'm moving in two weeks so I want to lose even more weight and make a good first impression!Good luck to all of you!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 208 lb, Today: 229 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - today my mom took me and my brothers schools shopping, I hate shopping!all the clothes my mom wanted me to wear are ugly plus sizes. I couldnt fit into any of the clothes i wanted. She made me try on everything, then she could see how big i really am.i was crying in the fitting room, my stomach is too big i hate it. i wish i was just skinny. inside the fitting rooms there was this really big girl, bigger than i was, and her belly hung down really low, Brian my brother said thats what im going to look like in 2 months.When we got home my mom wanted to know how much weight i've lost. i was so scared to get on the scale, it was 229. i told my mom i weighed the same. i hate being so fat. I hate my stomach so fat. i try to exercise and eat healthy foods and snacks.229!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 224 lb, Today: 125 lb (BMI %tile: 77), Goal: 125 lb - I am officially at my goal weight ... I have lost a massive total of 99 pounds! With NO surgery, NO miracle diets, and NO pills!! I am so proud of myself!!!!!!!!!!! I feel so great about myself I am a whole new person and you can be too!!
Now heres how I did it! It took a while but believe me it is sooo worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alright what you have to do is walk for 30 minutes 5 days a week, and eat a 1400 calorie diet!! Simple as that!! Have any questions comment! Good luck to you all and I know you can do it!

I hit kind of a plateau but I am off now pretty much... my evening weight was 197 so I will probobly be down to 195 by tomrrow!! That is 13 pounds gonnee! WHen I hit 15 I get to dye my hair.. lol... I am deceiding to lose weight because I am going into high school soon and I want it to be the best years of my lifee! Good luck to all and advice would be great!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 208 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I so excited i lost 6 pounds, i know its not alot but its so happy when i stood on the scale and read my weight. i have been eating real healthy and trying to get ssome exercises too.the only bad thing is im still real fat in my stomach, so i get real embarassed because it bounces up and down when i try to exercise or when i see myself in a window or something.i go for a walk and the other kids yell that im fat,but i try to just not hear them. i cant wait untill i weigh under 200 pounds!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 265 lb, Today: 262 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Day 5: Woke up at 7:00 went for a 5 mile walk drank a fruit pouch thingy that is all natural fruit blended, kinda like baby food, it had mango, banana, and orange. Havent eaten breakfast really i a going to eat oatmeal with walnuts, then drink some water, unsure about lunch, any ideas for a healthy lunch, i would be happy to take ideas.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 265 lb, Today: 262 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Day 2: so today i have done pretty good, i walked to our river and played in the water for a little bit, and i have only eaten a banana that doesn't sound like much but i wake up kinda early i am also drink lots of water, and i am going to do laundry and clean some public restrooms which takes a lot of work, also i am trying to think of something healthy to eat for lunch, any ideas would be great

Ht. 5'5", Start: 265 lb, Today: 262 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Day:1 so today is my first day of really changing anything about myself, i didnt do to good on lunch and didnt eat breakfast at all. i am counting callories and i am going to eat 2050 calories, and i am drinking lots of water i will hopefully start exercising here soon, and tips or words of encouragement would be great thank you.
