Ht. 5'6", Start: 157 lb, Today: 142 lb (BMI %tile: 73), Goal: 130 lb - so i am still away from home and i cant seem to stay active i have gained about 5 pounds. I dont know wat to do i am trying to not eat as much as i do at home where i workout does anyone have any ideas on what i can do to stay active and motivated???

I was always the big girl in the family of skinny people. Even as a baby I was chubbier than every one else. Now as a teenager I am still bigger then my family and my friends. They all say they love me just the way I am. That make me hapy but for only a little while...I use to be disgusted with my self and never really told any one. I want to be able to into a store and not feel to fat. I want to be a healthy girl. Whose family, when they think she is not listen, talk about what will happen when she get diabetes...I want to look good but also feel good inside. I love myself but it never seems enough to make me want to loss weight. I've lost some pounds that always happen before I give up. This time though is going to be different. I want to be happy even if i'm not as skinny as my friends or family. I just want to be healthy and feel beautiful. I know this is a long road for me to conquer but I will conquer it!

I have a huge field i can work out in, i am going to do some gymnastics training, well to the best of my ability, i just absolutly have to change because i dont wanna be someone to die because i was to fat to move. that just isnt for me, so if you have any tips that might help that would be great, any exercise ideas without equipment would be wonderful also. thanks captain kimmy

Ht. 5'4", Start: 197 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Doesn't it suck to be overweight? I feel so self contious when i am trying on clothes. This year it was so hard for me to find clothes that i felt bad about myself especially because i have been trying to lose weight. I do situps everyday and go for a walk and i've only lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks. I have been chubby since like the third grade and i hate it. Especially because i'm trying to lose weight but its not working.My friends and I are always joking about my weight. It doesn't really bug me all of the time but sometimes when i'm feeling really bad about myself i find it really annoying. Also, I just gotta say, don't you just hate it when skinny people say that they're fat? I do! it drives me crazy. My best friend thinks she's chubby when she can shop pretty much anywhere just as long as she likes what is there. She's like 90... Ht. 5'5", Start: 189 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - hi.. i was on here about 2 months ago.. and i started out as 189.. but over the summer i gained 15 pounds! when we are bored, we just eat and watch movies. and i cant believe a gained 15 pounds in less than 2 months! i cant fit into anything i used to be able to a month ago! im going to school and i wanted to look good, but now im just gaining weight like crazy.. running is out of the pcture because of my knees, and my belly gets in the way when i try to do sit ups..

Ht. 5'4", Start: 208 lb, Today: 222 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I am so disgusted because i thought i was going to loose weight by now. i been eating healthy and even getting exercises and when i weighed myself i gained weight again. i am so scared i just always am heavier when i stand on the scale. i hate looking so fat and my stomach sticking out. i wish i was skinny like the girls at my school.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 185 lb, Today: 183.5 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - So I haven't been doing so well. I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday, so I've been basically living off dairy products. I've actually lost 1.5 pounds this week. I figured if I lose 2 pounds a week I'll get to my goal weight by March...approximately. Which I find really exciting! I'm just sick of being this way. After my mouth is done being sore, and I can eat regular food again, I'm starting Weight Watchers. I just don't want to be like this anymore, and I'm ready to change. It's not that I'm uncomfortable or insecure with myself, it's just there are clothes I can't wear because of my weight. I have to shop in the plus size section. I don't like the way I look in pictures. I hate my stretch marks. I just want to be skinny so I can hopefully enjoy this year and be skinny for senior year. Ht. 5'1", Start: 215 lb, Today: 199 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - hiii okay my name is anna and ive struggled with my weight ever since i was about 7, ive gone on every diet possible since i was 8, then i realized DIETS DO NOT WORK! tyou have to make LIFE CHANGES for anything to work, i learned that you dont have to give up any food and no food is really bad for you as long as you have it in moderation!! so i started my new healthy lifestyle a few weeks ago, which was just eating healthier with a few snacks here and there cause if you give them up and then after youre done dieting you eat them again youll gain back all the weight plus more so it makes no sense to just give up certain foods just have a little bit of them! and so ive lost some weight but i gotta keep going and luckily by brother is helping me which is great and i lose modivation sometimes but i think we all just have to keep going and make it fun =] well good luck to everyone! xoxo
