Ht. 5'6", Start: 235 lb, Today: 235 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - so ive always been kind of chubby untill the past year when i really started to get fat. what are some good excersises i can do to get rid of my gut because it really sticks out and i cant hold it in anymore

Ht. 5'4", Start: 182 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - I've lost 4 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ....I don't know how though...I haven't been exercising. I've drunk alot of water and I've turned down candy and unncessary desserts for 2 weeks but that's about it..and I taken a little less food at the table and I've been eating apples like mad which help fill me up...But this makes me happy :)!!!!!!!!!!! Hope everyone else is doing well!

I have started Jillian Michael's workout Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and it is very intense. But worth it. The aerobics are phenomenal and doing 3 days (only half of the workout) one week I lost a pound. It's wonderful, you should try it! My goal is to lose 6 more pounds by the middle of December with this workout. Or maybe more. Who knows? ;] Keep up the great work, everyone! :D

My family already eats really healthy, but nothing's changed besides a little eight gain. My parents think that I'm a "normal size" and I'm "too young" to lose weight. I've actually had some mental breakdowns at times in my life, which made me feel MISERABLE!! I HATE it when people make fun of me! And at school, everyone wears skinny jeans, and I just can't! I feel horrible. Plus, all the girls are lifting eachother up into the air, but not me! They know for a fact that I'd crush them. :( I dunno... I really wanna be healthy, but I'm not confident that it's gonna work. Like I said earlier, I already eat really healthy... How can I change my lifestyle in order to lose weight? Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - So I went all the way up to 225,and now im going back down.But I came to tell you how annoyed I am.My sister,who is 280,doesnt try to lose weight,she even pretends like shes happy the way she looks and doesnt want to change.Well now shes admiting that she does,and that a friend of hers was on this pill for 3 months and lost like 60 pounds,and she wants to get on this pill.She went to the doctor and sure enough he put her on it,and it about 3 days shes lost 10 pounds.My mom doesnt understand why this bothers me;I've lost over 50 pounds the hard way(and if your losing too you know that it is VERY hard)and its taken me a year dieting off and on to lose that weight but now my sister who is just 10 pounds bigger than I was is gonna lose all this weight without trying.She'll order a full meal and two bites later she starts to feel sicj cause shes so "full".And I told my mom what yall are all... Ht. 5'7", Start: 235 lb, Today: 235 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Well, I'm an average sized girl in heighth and looking at me you wouldn't think I weighed 235 lbs. But I do. and I'm soooo tired of bagging around this extra weight.
I use to be fit, I was in sports and I was healthy still a little chunky but I was healthy. I love working out but I just don't find the time for it and I hate working out by myself.
I'm really determined to lose at least 30 lbs by spring break.
