Ht. 5'4", Start: 186 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - High school has been a real bummer for me in the weight category. I started high school at 130 pounds, and now I've started my junior year at 186 pounds. I'm having a big problem with snacking afterschool, because I have so much homework and it just satiates me. If anyone has any tips for snacking, it would be much appreciated.

the other day, I weighed myself and also got my body fat %, I'm now 233 & 45.5% body fat. I lost three lbs. :) It's not much yet, but every little counts. I'm in high school, and I'm talking a womens weight training class, and oh boy is it hard. We do warm ups that include lunges (hard) push ups, sit ups, everything you can think of. Then we run 3 laps on the track. Wow it's so difficult. Then we go and work in the weight room. But this is an amazing class, because it isn't a regular weight training, it's womens, so it's more of losing body fat, and toning rather than body building. So I highly suggest this class if it is offered to you.

okay i was hoping we can all update eachother MORE often with how our diet is going and any advices you give. and i wanted to make a mini weight loss challenge of 4 pounds by OCTOBER 1ST. thats in 19 days. we can do it!!!! :) (:

Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - Well i would like to say that being fat has effected my life to much and i wont have it anymore, i hate having fat holding me down and its going to stop, so i've decided to do something about it. Im going to change my diet by spliting the meals I would usually have in half and cut out sweets, chips, candy, ketchup, soda, sweetend juices,fastfood, and creamy dressings because thoese = FAT. For exercise i am going to turn on music for 30 minutes and dance my butt off. and after dinneri will go for a half hour walk so i will do that monday ,wednesday, and friday. i want to weight 130 lbs and i have to lose 45 lbs thats alot but im Very willing to try (wish me luck i will need it) :D

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 130 lb - hey guys.. well i havent been on here in awhile. just wanted to let you guys know DONT GIVE UP.. i kinda let myself go for the past 3 weeks where i gained 4 pounds.. i know its really hard right now with all the back to school stress and the transition is very hectic for me.. i mean seriously im not a morning person. heh. i have one question. how can i get rid of my arm fat? is there one specific exercise i can do without making it bulky? thanks

Ht. 5'2", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 120 lb - I'm tired of gaining and losing weight. I used to be a healthy 125 pounds and I would like to go back to that. I usually get motivated for a week or two with working out and eating healthy and then I just give up and stop. Its really hard for me to lose weight. I really need some help in figuring out the best cardio and the best eating habits to see the best results. Please feel free to put in some input. I really want to be healthy and lose weight and feel happy in my own skin.

I mean, where do I get some support for my weight loss, if not here? I was so angry and I just ate and ate, it was so bad. I've gained again and feel so fat! I'm really frustrated. Everybody is making fun of me, I don't know how to cope with it. It seems that eating is the only way I feel good. But I have to stop that! There must be other ways to feel good, even if people are nasty. What's working for you?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 163.4 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - heyy guys! so this past week and a half i've lost about 2 pounds. not bad not bad at all lol it's hard, i work between 40-45 hours per week so theres not much time to exercise, but its still happening slowly. 4.4 more pounds and ill be able to say, for the first time that i can remember, that "I'm 150 something pounds"... ahhhhhh i can't believe it!!!!! :D i'm so happy. my boss at work commented today on how i look as though i've lost weight.. only like a couple pounds but hey, she noticed. that's good enough. plus at my size a couple pounds shows up as compared to my original size. its because im getting closer to my goal weight so the little things show up. i'm gonna work on losing these 3.4 pounds in the next 2 weeks and hopefully, by mid september i'll be 160lbs. Which, will make my goal of 150 by christmas definitely within my reach. :) hope everyone else is doing awesome. good luck and keep going !
