Ht. 5'5", Start: 228 lb, Today: 226 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - hey guys went to the doctor on Wednesday and now i weighed myself using Wii fit ( one of the best inventions ever) after adjusting the weight because i had on jeans and such i found out i lost TWO pounds! i know it's not alot but it's a start right?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 110 lb - This is a little weird, but i realized this around the beginning of summer. No matter how much i eat, i don't gain weight. I mean, I gain a few pounds after i eat, but thats the food itself. After I go to sleep, and wake up in the morning, I'm back to my usual weight. So what happened was at the beginning of summer, I had mcdonalds almost every single day for like...3 weeks straight. Plus choclate, a large dinner, a whole tub of icecream etc etc. I thought i definitely put on some weight, so i weighed myself one morning and i gained .2 pounds... Which is not even half a pound... So is my metabolism keeping up with me? or what's happening with that...

Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 134 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 115 lb - YAY! I weighed myself and weighed 134! That's 24 pounds! I just want to say, weight watchers is an excellent way to get started on your weight loss. Your weight will be a lot more "steady" if you lose it in a long period of time. I started in febuary, so that's kind of long. But let me tell you - I pigged out for a week straight...and I immediately dropped the weight after two days of eating regular, and a pound more. I don't think I'm quite at a healthy weight yet though.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 130 lb - YAH ME! haha. i started my weight loss a little over a month ago. and lost 13 pounds..... then i took 3 weeks off :( and gained 2 pounds and i got rid of those two pounds plus another!! so i lost a total of 3 pounds this week :) im so happy. :) now i just cant wait to get out of the 160s by the end of this month :) i hope i can do it. how is everyone doing.? i hope you guys are doing great and stay MOTIVATED.. keep your eyes set on the ideal figure you wanna be, i know its hard but keep going. :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Well last time i posted i was 210 but i havent gained any,the day before i weighed 210 my scale had said 226 and days before i had just gotten off a 3 week plateuo where i weighed 228 the whole time.So when my scale said 210 i figured that i wasnt to far from it and i would just weight a while before i posted again.But no such luck,a few days later i gained my period and was 226 again and stayed like that until now where im 220.Well i came to ask:What size should i wear at 220?
When i was 272 i wore 22's comfortably and recently i've been wearing old 18s from a few summers back,but that limits me to about 4 pairs of jeans to wear all summer long because i dont want to buy more and them be too lose by the time school starts back.Well i want to get my jeans at old navy,can anyone tell me what size i'll be,and do you think i can fit in a size 16?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 173.2 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 125 lb - I'm going to Camp Shane tomorrow, for 6 weeks. I hope i loose 25 pounds. I know that's a really high goal, but I would absolutely love to weigh 150 at the beginning of my grade 10 year! I lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks, all i did was walk up a mountain, and spent about an accumulated of 5 hours on my feet each day. Loosing weight is so hard. FANTAZING is oh so simple. I'll be starting a new school too, just about every girl there is under 110. I'll let yawl know how i'm doing when i get back from camp. WISH ME LUCK. :D

Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - hi everyone, i haven't been on here in a while but i have not been eating very well at all... i need some motivation. my mo just bought me a pair of shorts that are a size 12 and i am a size 14, the shorts fit but are a little tight. my mini goal is to lose 10 pounds before school starts August 3 so the shorts will fit better... and from then on to lose 8 pounds a month until i go to 130 or 125... i want and need to be at my weight before my 17th birthday March 1st.. what do u guys think? wish me luck.. and if u don't want to tell me over this my email adress is zacefronchica@hotmail.com or myspace me at myspace.com/minaloveszace

Ht. 5'3", Start: 270 lb, Today: 270 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 220 lb - As you might notice, I'm not trying to lose a heap of weight. 40-50 pounds really. But it's odd for me, and I am tied. I like being fat, and being able to eat what I please. My boyfriend tells me I'm beautiful, and will think I am no matter what. I just feel so lazy, for the past 3-4 years I was between 240-250, and in the past few months I've gained about 20 pounds. This has made me lazier, eat more, and just not be as energetic as I used to be. Last summer I was pretty depressed and didn't eat for a few weeks and was 220 for a while. I felt great at that weight. But then again, I have another side. When I was 13ish I used to be anorexic and I'm afraid if I lose I'll just be sucked into that again, which I really don't. What I'm getting at, is, 1) Do I even want to lose weight? and 2) If I do, then how do I go about it without falling into my old ways?
