Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Hey guys woof i haven't been on this site for about a year. I'm still the same 220 and i'm about t o enter college in August so i'm going to focus on my weight loss for the next 3 months. Ht. 5'3", Start: 227 lb, Today: 222.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - OK so i have a problem....Its the summer and i like to have my friends stay alot....and like on friday i had two friends stay....we went and walked around for alil bit i say we walked around for like 3 1/2 miles....then we came back to my house an ate a bunch of junk and that way i didnt keep my calories....and i felt like crap....then on saturday we slept in till 12 and got up and they ate a bunch of crap while i just ate a brownie and ceral....then we walked with my one frined so she could go home that was 1 1/2 mile and then we came home and that as another 1 1/2 mile.... after my other friend left i ate some chips and hot pockets and stuff b/c i forgot about the diet....so i feel like crap now....

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - soo im not losing any weight...but my work hours are killing me with the working out plan!!! but it will happen soon...cause my hours are hopefully gonna switch up anyways...for lunch i had a turkey and cheese sandwhich and a serving of cheetos...its my weakness but i only had a serving and it was only 130 calories so ive decided thats okay...then for dinner my mom got me a footlong at subway...and i ate half...im going to eat the other half tomorrow for lunch...so my eating calories is going good..i just really need to start running again...i havnt since wed!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - I was so Shocked/pleased when i stepped on the scale and saw 210,i was like WHOAA!then i stepped on again and it was 217 but i dont really care cause i know it wont be long before it says less than 210 everytime.and when i get to be less that 200,omg,i'll go CRAZY!!THANKS FOR READING,I JUST HAD TO SHARE IT WITH SOMEONE!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 221.5 lb (BMI: 35), Goal: 130 lb - oh! also- I was really craving some sort of "bad" food the other day and I made low-cal mozzarella sticks! here's what you do- get low-fat mozz sting cheese (the ones I have only have 50 cals a stick) Cut two in half (100 cals so far). dip them in 1 egg white (negligible amount of cals because you don't even use the whole egg white) and roll each half-stick in about a tbspn of bread crumbs (mine was 40 cals per 1 and 1/3 tbspn), spray the pan and sticks with some 0-cal cooking spray and bake them for a little while in the oven! Then use some spaghetti or pizza sauce for some dippinf and wallah! under 200 cals for delicious!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 221.5 lb (BMI: 35), Goal: 130 lb - 8.5 lbs down and only half-way through week 3 of nutrisystem! I hope to get down another pound and a half this week to make it a ten lb loss so that I get my 10lb nutribear for inspiration with my next shipment! I cannot wait! I still want to make my first month a 15lb month, and then, every month after that about 10lbs, So by the wedding I'm going to, I'll be 185 lbs!!! SO FRICKN" EXCITED! I just have to get my workouts regular. I've pretty much been a couch potato these last three weeks and have lost almost 9lbs, so I can just imagine how much working out every day is going to do for me. I'm thinking- strength training with free weights and speed-walking a bit a day and building up form there. I've always wanted to be able jog comfortably! What does everyone else do for exercise? Also- I've been getting 7 servings of fruits and veggies a day, and staying full on 1200-1300 calories/day!... (view more)

Ht. 5'1", Start: 196 lb, Today: 188 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 145 lb - Hi everyone! Just wanted to post because I feel AMAZING!! It's incredible how much losing 8 (very unwanted) pounds can make you feel about yourself. I don't feel my jeans cutting in NEARLY as much as I did, haha.
I was talking to my fiance last night, just to get his opinion on if I was eating the right amounts of all 3 meals and if I was putting healthy food on my plate and all that good stuff. So yeah, he said that most of it sounded good - he did recommend a few tweaks in order for me to get as many nutrients as I can in my system throughout the day. And actually, he told me he'd talk to his friend, who's a professional health trainer, and get him to draw up an eating/exercise plan for me! I'm so excited, and this way, I'll know what types of exercise/food is best for my body =D.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI: 41), Goal: 150 lb - Hey, haven't been on in a little bit. Last week I gained 2lbs (I was down to 223) but I'm not stressing it too much, it was a bad week. Hope all is well with everyone else. Anyway my real purpose for posting this was to talk to the "old folks" on this board. By old I mean 18+. Listen, we have our own board so I feel like if we are going to come to the teen board and promote unhealthy, unrealistic goals then we need to just go back to our own board. Example, if I say I only eat 800calories a day and exercise 2hrs a day (which is NOT true, just an example) and lost a nice amount of weight, the teens are more than likely going to try that. I hate to sound like anyones mother (I am a mother actually, to 2 children, I definitely do NOT promote having children at a young age, their father and I ARE still together) but do you not realize what you are doing? Ht. 5'3", Start: 139 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 129 lb - I hate the way i look. Im 13 and i weigh 135. I cant get passed 130. I even stopped eating but then i over ate when i got home. I need help! I dont want to eat but then i do. God im chubby. All my friends are thin and im the fattest one in the group how did i end up here? my goal is to get under 129!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 203 lb, Today: 199 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 126 lb - Hi everyone! I started my healthy eating plan last week, and have lost 4 pounds already! I'm amazed! Unfortunately, I attended a buffet at a chinese restaurant today, as a celebration, so haven't eaten very well :( other than the chinese food, I've only eaten veggies and I went to the gym earlier, but I still feel guilty, I'll have to get back on track tomorrow. My short term goal weight is 190 pounds, which I hope to reach in 3 weeks. How is everyone else doing?
