Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Heyy guys! So, the full week since I last weighed myself hasn't passed yet but I sneaked a peek and I've lost .6 pounds. This is good (but bad) news. It means I'll have to burn/cut 700 calories in these two days to lose a full pound. You know, my sister is losing weight too. She started at 165 and I started at 175 but, right now, she is 147. 20 pounds difference now! But, she's about to be in a production so she says part of it is due to lack of eating because of stress and anxiety. whatever. :(

Ht. 5'7", Start: 250 lb, Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - It's been a while since i've been on here.. and i pretty much gained the 20 pounds that i lost back. I'm trying to do it a different way this time. I'm not writing anything down anymore, because i won't be doing that for the rest of my life.. and i want to change the way i eat for good, and excersise more.. for good as well. I'm just going to try and eat better.. but i'm horrible at temptations. I need help more than ever! i wanted to lose 50 pounds by summer.. and now, it's hopeless.. how the hell can i stick to this? It never works out for me!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - okay so i just noticed that ever since i bought a scale back in august all i have done is gain weight. so i'm not going to use my scale anymore until i get the body i want and then i'll see how much i weigh. at the beginning of the school year in september, i gained at least 6 pounds and its annoying so i'm going to start from there and until i get my "dream body" i'll weigh myself and put the scale away for good. i can't believe that something i wanted so bad made me gain so much weight. its really annoying.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 160 lb - blaahh. so that time of month is around the corner and ive gained about 2-3 pounds. but my diet has been near perfect so i know its just water weight. still though, doesn`t it feel discouraging to see the numbers go up, even though you know for a fact it isn`t a real gain. you feel all puffy and huge. oh well though, its normal. i just know that in about a week ill be at my lightest weight and ill be able to judge then. until that day comes though, im staying away from the scale. keep my spirits up that way. hope everyones doing well. good luck! :)

Im kinda upset cause i've only lost 2 pounds in the past 8 days so a week basically and i've been used to losing 5 or 7 pounds but oh,well.I still havent started exercising yet,due to my neighborhood my mom wont let me walk and i havent had the time to jump on the trampoline or do any exercise videos but im gonna start as soon as summer gets here.I think were going on a cruise so idk if they have workout rooms or not but if we dont im gonna get a gym membership.I cant wait to lose weight.Thanks for reading.Please comment.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Ok, so, I have been drinking LOTS of water (6-8 cups a day) and I have been eating salads and yogurt and the like...I'm hoping to lose another pound this week. My mini goal is to weigh 155-160 (to lose 15-20 pounds total) by the end of June. To lose 20, I have to lose 2 pounds a week. To lose 15, I have to lose 1 pound a week. The latter is more practical and would be less disappointing but the former is definitely not impossible. After that, I'll have 15 (if I want to weigh 140) or 25 pounds left to lose. My mom says that 140 is better because she says I'd be a toothpick otherwise. But, I think 130 is better. What do you guys think? Please comment, I really need help with this!
BTW, a way to tell if you're large, medium, or small-boned: wrap your thumb and index finger around your wrist. If they don't touch, you're large-boned. If they touch, you're medium-boned. If they overlap, you're small-boned.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 184 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - Hi, my story starts back in july of 2008 when i decided that i wasn't hea;thy and wanted to lose weight. With the help of God and Jillian Michaels i lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks. Thats good right? well then as soon as school started i didn't lose anything. I was stuck. This July it will be one year since i have stated and i have only lost 15- 20 lbs. I need help! I am gonna start the South Beach Diet, to see if that will help. It might sound stupid, but it's the closest i've ever come to an epiphany. Ok, here it is;
I was thinking to myself, wow, i'm really fat. I can't even fit into the shorts I just got. That's really actually very depressing.
Then, I had the sudden urge to go get a fudgsicle, even though we had just had lunch 10 minutes ago and I was really full. Right after I thought that, it hit me. I wasn't hungry. That was my epiphany. Eating isn't supposed to be meant the way that overweight and obese people use it. It's not some kind of coping mechanism, it's a way of keeping your body ALIVE. Not your solution to boredom or like me, being fat. So, I've been thinking lately before I pick up a piece of food, Am I hungry? Do I really need this, or am I just bored or upset?
It usually works :)

Now im starting to sweat more and im just getting more and more lazy. And come on my body is really un-atractive. So today i told my self i really do wanna do somthing about this. The problem is...i don't know how to start. After this im going to go get dressed and go walking...maybe ill go swiming but its a little chilly out so idk yet. But im going to go right now :].
