Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy. Ok so I need some help. I have been tryin to lose weight for like forever. I have watched what I eat and all that good stuff. I also play soccer, basketball, and vollyball, but none of that ever really helps me. I'm kinda confused why I'm not losing weight. Can some one help me? If anything can you help me figure out HOW I can lose all my disgustingness. lol.

Ht. 5'2.5", Start: 134 lb, Today: 136 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 110 lb - okay so you know how my goal weight is 110 right? well my friend is the same height as me and is 110 pounds, but i think she's too skinny. but i used to weigh around 110 about two years ago and i still wasnt as skinny as her(i wouldnt want my body to be like hers anyway) so do you guys think its just that our bodies are different shapes or what?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 208 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 150 lb - Hey everyone! I started my healthy life change on the first on last month and was doing great! I get 64 ounces of water a day, record my calories, do cardio daily and resist sweets and junk food. However, this past week I worked out harder than ever only to find I only lost 1 pound. Is my body just getting too used to my new routine? Thanks in advance for any advice, and good luck to you all!

This year I will be promoting from a junior high to a high school and yearly they have a trip to the water park. while at the water park i would like to take my shirt off and be proud of myselff.. i mean i dont want killer abs i want a flat stomach.. nnot a huge gut sticking out..please write back with GREAT tips..Please help this trip is on May 29!!

But, in the 4th grade I just kind of blew up I guess you can say... and i've been gaining weight ever since. When I hit 185, I knew it was time for me to do something... Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Yeah, I have been doing to cruddy it's pathetic. I went to this tournament for school and the food there was cruddy. Then, when I got home, it was, like, all downhill from there. I just read this book called The Diet for Teenagers Only and it's awesome!! It helps you SOOO much, look it up! The only problem is that the daily calorie intake lists for your BMI that they give are off because it was written in 2005 before they knew that all that bread and stuff messes you up. I would also suggest this: they give you percentages for how much of your diet should be of protein (30%), and two others. The carb one says 50%, switch the protein percentage with the other.
I'm about to do the exercises right now, after I'm done digesting, as a matter of fact. And tomorrow I have ballet tomorrow...I will get back on track!

Ht. 5'0", Start: 228 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - I weighed myself yesterday and I was 215 I'm not going to weigh myself again and count it till Sunday because I've been doing crappy and need to get back on track. I might do a 2 week free thing at thorebeckes starting tomorrow after school if I can. Then I will try and get money so I can do it once in a while. I love that place. People at school tried to guess how much I was and the lowest was 130 and the highest was 180 so that made me feel good. lol Hows everyone doing?? Good luck =)

(her company runs a weight watchers center) but apart from that i did decent i guess today. by the way, EXERCISE BIKES RULE!!! ahaha. just my thot for the day. hows u guys doing?
