Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 188 lb - Ok i'm about the same weight as last week but I am so OK with tht because I ate like a crazy person this week so I happy I didn't gain I've been trying to change my body mass(i'm not using the word dieting it i do i'll give up diets don't work for me)for 4 weeks now and I actually am lower then I want to be right now I (i'm tryting to lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks) right now I've lost 5 pounds in 4 weeks so I'm really happy but I need to start exercising more

I have become deeply concerened with some of the posts on here. I am a firm believer that if you just change the way you eat you'll make a permanent change in your life and you'll lose weight, and most of all be healthy. I do NOT believe in weight loss pill-although if it is abnormally hard for someone to lose weight I have nothing against them.
Some people on here are practically starving themselves, and it's not healthy. Starving is not the way to lose weight-eating healthier and exercising is. Please you guys don't starve yourself, eat when you're hungry, drink water, eat fruits and veggies, exercise! Just please don't eat so little. You NEED to eat, it's basic survival. Please you guys, eat healthier, don't starve yourself with these diet pills-get off the diet pills and just eat healthier, it's really helped me.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 181 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I did ok today. I binged a little bit. I feel so guilty. I ate too much food. You know what I HATE? When I eat something as simple as a small salad. Then I step on the scale and it read3 a number 2 or more pounds heavier than it did before i ate the salad. UGHH.

My bf (who lives 1,000 miles away) isn't coming up here for a while so i've decided that i'll surprise him with a slim me next time he's here. So today I splurged, but I've been trying to think about what i put into my body. not necesarrily amount wise, but nutrition wise. Tomorrow i'll work on portion controll and drinking more fluids. I don't get that much excersise cause most of them are so boring...so any ideas? I would appriciate any! Thanks =D

Ht. 5'2", Start: 208 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 136 lb - Yay! So I started my new like health kick today and I've already lost 2 pounds, probably water weight but whatever. I totally stuck to my diet all day too! I drank 64 ounces of water today and ate 2 apples and an orange. I gave in and ate a poptart but burned the 200 calories off later so it worked out. Anyway, I'm so happy that I proved to myself I could do it! More updates later (:

Ht. 5'2.5", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - you know what i just realized. i ate lunch and i was completely full but i started to think about food and i wanted more but i knew it would make me sick if i ate it. i think thats why i gained alot of weight, i ate til i was full but i just want the comfort of food or whatever. its really weird.

With the stress of midterms and just plain laziness I've been eating SO poorly and not excercising for the past few weeks. My current weight says 210, but I haven't gotten on the scale so it's probably around 214ish. So yesterday I decided to get my butt back into gear at around 5 pm, lol. I ate two bagels with cream cheese and a pint of ice cream all day so I was feeling horrible. I jogged to the gym for most of the way which is almost two miles, and then did cardio for about 45 minutes, then took my trainers class which was an hour. From the time I left the gym to the time I walked in the door, I burned 1682 calories!!=] I know this because I saved up my money a while back and bought a heart rate monitor which I totally recommend. Ht. 5'0", Start: 228 lb, Today: 217.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - I am soo happy. I finally fit into these pants that I've been trying to get into for a few months. They are really cute and I like them a lot. They are a lil tight so I'm not going to wear them straight away but it made my day and gave me so much more motivation then I've had. Also, I'm down to 217.5 and every Sunday my parents and and I write down our weights and check every sunday, but now I decided I'm going to weigh myself every Wednesday and put it on my weight chart on here. Yay...
