Ht. 5'5", Start: 188 lb, Today: 188 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - i have tried loosing weight since i was thirteen. all my friends are crazy skinny, and they all love me, but i hate being the "fat friend" every bodies like you have nice legs.
and thats about it. So for me, i'm getting rid of the acne' and i still have braces, but i love my glasses. so, now its time to get rid of the weight for real[: I'm getting my license soon, and i would love to be able to put 20 pounds less than whats on my permit, i know "silly" but i really would.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 140 lb - hey i was wondering if i could have a little help..... i've weighed within the 160-170ish range for a very very long time. like years... i'm a very active person, i dance 4 days a week, 2-3 hours a night. and i do an excercise video at home when i have time. from doing some rough estimations, i think i eat around 1500 calories a day, and i try to eat pretty healthy... finals week is kinda gettin to me but i'll survive :)
do you guys have any tips on why its been impossible for me to lose any weight? i cut back on calories and am dancing more than ever, but my weight hasn't changed at all... and i have no clue what i am doing wrong

Ht. 5'6", Start: 150 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 115 lb - Help I have an eating disorder 9 ( at least i think i do ) i ma totally canceling out callories all i have had to eat tonight is 3 glasses of water one fourth of a subway veggie wrap but i after i eat that much i get to full. to full to even decide to eat more. but i knwo that if i eat too much i can get even more obease??? so what do yo thin k do i have an eating disorder this has been going on for three months and i have only lost one pound

Ht. 5'5", Start: 214 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - Heyyyy. I weighed myself today and I am down 2 more pounds despite last week being finals week. Grand total of 24.5 pounds. I may or may not have lost more. I didn't eat very well these last two days. But hey, it's a start. 60 pounds until I reach my ultimate goal!

OMG I COULDN"T BE HAPPIER! it's just soo motivational to think wow i really can do this. Just wow. Thanks everyone you reviewed my last post. TTTRRRIIICCKKK: okay so i lost 2 pounds this week. Here's what i did, I worked out EVERYNIGHT! for 30-1hr and i ate everything i usually do, but i usually eat around 1,000-1,500 calories everyday. My doctor says thank i weigh so much from genetics not from overeating. So i am kinda on a diet everyday but it's regular for me. And think 1,000-1,500 is a lot of food. But in a healthy intake. So just workout everyday 30 min-1 hr and eat between 1,000-1,500 calories and please tell me how it worked for you. To do better eat more healtier foods- you'll probably lose more!

Or advice, rather.
15 minutes of work out 5 nights a week.. good or not enough?
some days it's more aswell, last week i did 45 minutes one night.
I wasn't supposed to weigh myself until next saturday but my mom talked me into doing it, not thinking haha.. and now i can't get it off my mind.
I worked hard last week, well, i guess i could have worked harder , but i'm giving it to myself that i did a good job, better than when i started.
and the scale today shows i gained like 5 pounds.
Is it possible after eating and drinking today i could weigh more than 5 pounds than what i actually weigh?
I know not 10 pounds or anything but i drank like 4 big glasses of water and i had supper.
It's so distracting!!!
should i lower 8 big glasses of water a day to like, 5?
would it make a difference?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 82), Goal: 145 lb - i havent been on here in a couple of weeks. i lost motivation for a while. i thought to myself, i may as well just work on maintenance for a while, seeing as how i can maintain like no other but i cant fricken stick to my diet and lose the weight. then my sister and her friend came home and they wanted to work out, so i joined in. now im motivated lol i dunno why, i guess it was because i got moving and worked up a sweat and felt good after, which killed my instinct to just lay around and eat all day. anyways, christmas is in like 2 weeks and i guess my goal of 165 is kind of out of the picture, but who knows. i at least want to get down to 166-167 by then, that would be nice. i have a wedding to go to in february and id loooove to be 155 by then. is that possible? id have to lose 13 pounds in about... 2 months. it seems a little steep at the moment, since i lose weight very slowly lately. whatever, ill just try exercising more and try and resist too much bad stuff around christmas and my birthday in january. anyways, it seems everyones doing well, keep up the good work guys. xo

This site popped up like 2nd so i clicked. I found all of you guys being brave and going out on a limb. Sharing you stories and i wanted to share mine. I'm currently in the 9th grade. I have been like 118 my whole life. Then puberty hit. I went from a size 6 to a size 8. A training bra to a 36C in like a year and gained 20 freaking pounds. So i heard about this girl in are school that had anoreixa. I googled it and a 'diet' for them came up. i mean it it wasn't safe and the results aren't perminate. So know i am exercising 30 min. Everyday and i weigh in every sunday. Please give motivating support i need it because i live in a family of thins that eat whenever wherever. Please Help!
