Please help me I a tired of being like this. Something easy to please cause I tend to give up i need some serious motivation. An exercise plan would help and so would an eating one thanks a ton guys =]

Ht. 5'2", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 100 lb - Well today was my last straw i always search desperatley online for weight loss suggestion sites but this is the best one yet. I wanted to get started today so yeah. I love to excercise I'm gonna do karate on everyday except fridays and sundays and that's usually an hour or so. My problem is stress eating and the will to eat healthy. I was a former anorexic(ironic right?) and the first thing to lose weight that comes to my mind is starving myself, but seeing as I'm not alone it makes me much more motivated. I am so happy now, it all makes sense cut things in half, lose it slow, press your hands together, they were right every addiction can be broken and i will i found the fire inside me and maybe i'll finally learn to love myself too, thats the most important thing, i was always so worried about what others thought of my body that the stress made me eat and eat.I will take my sweet ol'... Im 15 and i live in Arizona. im about 25-30 pounds overweight. i was pretty much skinny and active my whole childhood, but everscence i was about 12 i started packing on the pounds. My doctor says that is puberty that made me gain weight and i will lose most of it naturally around 17 to 18 years old. (it happend to my sister, she was just like me and now she is 19 and wears a size 2) but he told me that if i would like to get it off sooner than that then i would just have to excersize more and eat sensibly. so im gonna do that. i know pretty much everything there is to know about healthy eating so if you want to know than just ask. and i recommend a certain excersize that is the most effective way to burn fat, if you would like to know ask! well im here to get support and to geive support....so lets rock people!

And I really want to lose weight before spring because i'm going on a trip to Myrtle Beach and I want to look good in a swimsuit for when I go on the beach. Ht. 5'5", Start: 214 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - Haha way too much food this weekend. It is very clear now though why I grew up overweight. My parents ALWAYS serve crap. I have ten days left until christmas break, so im gonna be strict on my diet during finals week. And then for christmas, since it is a month, im going to be strict and set up a fitness routine as well. I feel guilty, but not over this weekend. I'm more dreading going back to school knowing i have to walk 6 miles a day with a little extra holiday fat ;)

I've been trying to lose weight for ages now, but I always find that I can either eat nothing at all, but if I start eating I can't stop! Anyone else like this? How do you deal with it? Well, I actually did much better than I normally do in terms of portion control and just choosing a few special treats, but I still went overboard. Oh well, tis the season! Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 258 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - hey.so todays thanksgiving:0i hope i dont over do it,but were not celebrating until tomorrow,so all i have to worry about is snacking while i cook.well i've lost a total of 14 pounds since i started,november 26.so in one month i've lost 14 pounds,and in a year,if i lose 14 every month,i can lose 168 pounds,which will make me 104,so i have a little wobble room,since i only want to be about 120 or so.does anyone know why after i eat lunch my stomach makes noises,for about 2 hours?HAPPY THANKSGIVING,GOOD LUCK,AND WISH ME LUCK!!!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 283 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - GREAT NEWS! (well for me) I lost 8lbs! lmao I lost 8 pounds! (yea I kno its water weight) I am so happy! I feel so motivated... and this is not my weigh in day! Tomorrow is! omg... I wanna cry... I really feel that I can do this... and sometime this weekend I am hoping to get my pedometer... like I said in an earlier post I noticed most of the change in my mid section but the back of my thighs are not as cellulitey (the front needs a bit of a miracle lol) and my arms kinda lifted...
I didn't exercise for the day yet... and the sun is out... so I'll do so tonight! :(Last night I had pizza... my parents aren't home and it's just me and my older brother here... and he bought us pizza... (if it helps he gave me the smaller slices)
hopefully I don't let this weight loss get to me because everytime I lose weight I use it as an excuse to eat because I said it's not going to do anything... and it does because I quit for months at a time...

Ht. 5'5", Start: 240 lb, Today: 240 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 115 lb - This is what Im really wondering, I have a very small frame, my doctor says a healthy weight for me is 115, with that being said, Im 240 now, meaning I would have to lose 125 pounds!! I have about 20 months to do so, so I wont be rushing it but what I am wondering is, will I have a ton of extra skin from losing weight? I heard someone say that people who lose alot of weight have a ton of extra skin that sags, or is that only for older people? Does anyone have any tips, I really have no idea what Im doing besides wanting to lose weight..
