I really want to loose some weight before my first day of high school. I want to be less shy and have more friends. And finally have a boyfriend. I know its going to take alot of hard work but i feel that this site is going to help alot. Right now im trying to drink at least 2 cups of water before I go to bed lol. All of you seem really awsome and really dertermined to loose the weight. I hope all of you do good!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - I feel I did well today...minus the coffee. For breakfast I had a bowl of honey bunches of oats. Lunch was 3/4 can of tomato soup mixed with water. Dinner was 60 cals of cottage cheese and six sushi pieces (195 cals according to the box it was 390 for the whole 12 pieces) Then came coffee disaster. 350 cals worth of nonfat white mocha no whipped cream. So I had a little under 1500 cals. I'm trying this new thing where I replace one meal with chicken broth or very low cal soup and stick to my three a day. I'd ideally like to eat 1200 cals a day because that will be a nice deficit. I worked out rowing for an hour and should hopefully see results. I'm hungry now. I usually lose on 2000 a day so hopefully I see better results by eating way less. Hurrah.

Well on Sunday morning i weighed in at 162lbs- down another lb which is great BUT yesterday i was at my friends sleepover for her birthday and i ate the biggest amount of junk you could imagine and today all ive eaten is junk too. So, i think tomorrow ill probably weigh in at about 166lbs but within a couple of days of being strict and exercising, im sure ill be back to 162 by the end of the week. However, on a serious note; i really need to tighten up on my eating, i reaaaallly want to be at least 150 by the end of august and im never going to get there if i keep eating so much junk! If i was really strict and lost 2lbs per week, i could be at my target weight in six weeks so i need to regain focus and not give up when im so close. Since the end of march i have lost 17lbs so im sure i can lose 12 by the end of august! Cmon everyone we CAN do this!!! <3

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi guys. For the first time in MONTHS I was actually pretty happy with how I did today. Maybe it wasn't the best day or anything but I'm working on it...For breakfast I had 3/4 cup of Trader Joe's maple cluster cereal with 1 cup of skim milk, and 6oz of no-sugar-added juice; for lunch I had half of a chicken wrap with some mustard, a bowl of tomato soup, and some water; later for a snack I had a low-fat pudding cup; for dinner I had some light homemade pizza with broccoli rabe (an Italian vegetable like a cross between spinach and broccoli), some salad, and some sugar free iced tea; for dessert I had a small nonfat frozen yogurt. I also did laps on my bike around the parking lot for about 10 min, tomorrow I hope to go for about 30min. How did I do? Where is everyone these days? this board has been screaming 'dead!" for the past week, anyway...I finally got a schedule up for myself! well I didn't write it anywhere but its in my head. This is what it is-- Every morning I do 2 miles on the treadmill (walk/jog/speed walk) uphill incline and sometimes just steady straight on. After those miles I do 50 crunches, 20 pushups and just some stretching yoga stuff. When there's time after that I dance for like 30 mins (sometimes more). Then during the evening time like...6 pm I do another 2 miles and after that do some dancing again and crunches and stuff. So that's 4 miles everyday plus dancing and those in between crunches, pushups and stuff. My eating goes something like---cereal in the morning---3 hours later lunch---3 hours later another light snack (like a nutrigrain bar or something)--- 3 hours later something small... (view more)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - can someone tell me how i did today? because i keep beating myself up about it even though i dont think i did that badly... anyways for lunch i had some all bran cereal with skim milk (140 cals) and some macaroni salad (110 cals) then i brought some snacks to work.. an all bran bar (130 cals) and 2 yogurts(70 cals) and had a 50 calorie candy. so altogether that was 500 calories. then for dinner i had a personal pizza (i work at a pizza place's call centre) and it was hawaiian. im not sure how many calories was in it, but im saying it was 1000 just because i wanna shoot over instead of underestimating. so that was 1500 calories and i havent eaten since. is that bad? i think im gonna go workout in the basement for a while. i got o the scale today and it was at 175!! wtf did i do? ive been eating the same i think i was bloated though i had a lotta salty food yesterday. anyways back on track... Ht. 5'6", Start: 330 lb, Today: 298 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Alright so, about two weeks ago I came on here saying that I wouldn't goto my formal eighth grade dance thing. That changed and I lost 7 lbs in the past two weeks. I said I wouldn't go because I was disgusted with myself but I eended up going, and all I got was compliments...not to sound conceited but I looked madd good.lol. Anyways, I got what I wanted. Danced with the guy I liked, although he was stolen from me several times by a bitch.(ugh) I had fun. Well I'm done yapping but I realized I shouldn't let my weight get in the way of things and bring me down. Thanks guys and jkeep up the good work :)

The weight there... 342 pounds is the weight of my twelve year old sister, Jessica. She wasn't always so big, but she started putting on weight very quickly at age 8, when our father left our mom. I love her so much, andit tears me apart to see her like this. She just eats and eats, and it's really taking a toll on her. She's obviously having a lot of trouble getting around, and she's still getting bigger! I don't know what to do. I've talked to my mother about it, but she just makes excuses and says "She's going through a rough time in her life. Just let her be." My mom has been severely depressed since my father left and in this matter I don't think she'll be of any help, because she just lets Jessie eat whatever the heck she wants.
