Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Gosh, I hate being on my period...so annoying...Does anyone else get mad hungry on it? I hate it because I totally eat way more than I need to on it and its just depressing. Grr...atleast its only a couple days out of the month.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 184 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hi guys. Well my grandmother had a heart attack yesterday...not from her health but she's 86 years old after all. It really shocked and upset me. It also made me realize that I don't want that to be ME someday becuase I'm overweight...This is tough for me right now, so please pray for her healing. Now I realize how silly it is to loose weight to look good; you should loose weight to BE HEALTHY!!!!!!

I tried it on for the first time-- it was a size four-- and it ALMOST fits.gahh.it was so frustrating. Anyway, I bought a size six. My goal is to be a 2-4. Any tips? Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 180 lb - ok so my concert is in 3 weeks tomorrow i'm going to start a diet that i know works just to get started on portion control then i'll eat normal but small amounts. Do you guys think i can lose 10 pounds in weeks i know it's alot but i will be on a stricked diet, going to the gym mon-fri and doing a workout video in my house i downloaded sat and sun so what do u guys think?
