Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey so im done to about 146-144...kinda flectuates depending on time of day and what im wearing whn i weigh myself but yea i dont think too much bout that lil bit of difference..b/c its usually the same...but anywho sorry i rambled.
i want to lose about 5 more lbs by october..that gives me almost a month so thats do-able right? well see the problem is its like ive hit a funk in my weight loss...im having a hard time getting past the weight im at now...im stuck. do i need to mayb change what im eating and doing for exerise?? and if so any ideas or websites i can go to?? i need help!! thanks guys!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 165 lb - i suck i had pizza last night, and a sundae lol oh well, i've been taking these pills that help your thyroid gland produce more hormone so your metabolism speeds up and burns calories way faster, and i've noticed a difference! i basically screw up all the time and eat the wrong foods and nothing happens, but thats no good because i want to LOSE weight not maintain lol anyways, from today on, i'm going to be good and allow myself a little thing once on fridays. anyway, so far i've lost 30lbs, and i thought that a good goal would be 180-175 because i'm tall with a medium to large frame and i have muscle, but i think i should lower it to 165lbs because i still have a lot of extra fat around my belly and arms and hips etc. my stomach is so flat but you know, flabby, and flabby isnt cute lol

Ht. 5'6", Start: 193 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey everybody, I'm back from a while of not being here... I have a problem where I like to binge. Like, I'll go buy some food at the nearest Rite Aid or someplace, and stash it in my locker. The problem is, it's all gone in a really short time period. It burns money FAST, and is also adding SO MANY pounds on... I don't know how to stop. Help???

Ht. 5'6", Start: 180 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi, I have been dieting and exercising for three weeks now and have lost 12.5 pounds! Another week will make four weeks, a whole month, and I think I can lose another 8 pounds, to make a 20-pound weight loss in a month! Good luck to everyone else, if I can do it, YOU DEFINITELY CAN!

How many calories do u eat when u wanna MAINTAIN weight? The mypyramid.gov says 2000 if u exercise or are active 30-60 min. most days which I am most days, but I am afraid I will gain becasue i have been eating around 1200-1400 to lose weight. I see a nutrtionist on the 19th of Sept. but I seriously dont wanna gain anything before that. So to MAINTAIN weight how many calories do I need???!! PLz help thanks!
