Ht. 5'0", Start: 122 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Hey all i know it doesnt look like i weight alot but i have fat i cannot get rid of like the bottom of my stomach i have a pouch its likt a hill and i need to get rid of it by next summer i really want a belly ring my thighs are huge and so is my face i have really chubby cheeks and my but too my inner tighs have fat on them and i need to lose it.
Im going to start to run evreyday for 30 min and maybe do some other ex=ercises like sit ups im also going to stop eating candy and junk food which i love im gonna start to eat grapes and lots of fruit and drink ALOT of water not pop and stuff like that

Ht. 5'4", Start: 157 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 125 lb - this may be a stupid question lol but... since im working. usually 4-7 hours a day. and im never sitting down. That could be my excercise. Since i cant eat at work. I mean. i dont have time to excercise because of work too :/

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys...I haven't been here in months and I'd like to have said that I'm doing better but I'm not. I've just gotten so lazy. My waist has expanded again and I feel that my face is getting fatter again...I can feel the weight coming back and I want to stop it before I become 210 again (god forbid). I just don't know how to start it up again and I'm just tired of everything

Ht. 5'4", Start: 226 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 115 lb - i still dont feel good. all i have eaten today is suar free jello and diet coke. i probley had 600-900 calories yesterday. this will most likley go on for about 2 more days. till im off my period. ive lost 2 lbs. but will most likley gain it back after my period.

Ht. 178 cm, Start: 140 kg, Today: 140 kg, Goal: 84 kg - Hi, everyone. My first time here. Today, for the first time, I had the courage to calculate my BMI. It was terrible. Using a BMI for adults I am MORBIDLY OBESE. I knew I was terribly fat, and maybe OBESE, but I would not imagine to be MORBIDLY OBESE. I have been fat since I was 5 or 6. The thing is that i do not eat so much or so bad...!!!    (Note: 178 cm, 140 kg is 5'10", 308 lb.)

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Binge...err.Yeah, I just had a binge. Its now 3 o'clock and I've eaten about 1400 calories so far today and I still have dinner. Great. Ruined day. What do yall do when you have crappy days? I thought about just not eating tomorrow ( I have to eat today because I'm at home and its my birthday...) but I'm not sure that's the best option.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 148 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 135 lb - So If anyone is really craving fast food..try buying some turkey burger at the store and make your own hamburgers..they taste really good. You can also make sloppy joes with it as well..another thing that can replace sweets is the weight watchers ice cream treats..they have alot of varieties...All of these are low calorie and low fat..!
