Hey yall, my name is lily i come here every now and then but this site has helped me lose forty five pounds! thanks every one i have five more pounds to lose before im at my goal and i have a question. How do you get rid of the FLAB on your BACK because i have looked every where for a workout that will help me out but i have had no sucess please help me ....love lily ALL OF YALL CAN DO IT! especially if i can cause i have very low will power!

then eat properly- anything you eat's a diet- just eat the healthy stuff- but don't give up on exersizing it's good for you even if you're not trying to lose weight.

Ugh, some girls are really out there. Not all girls want skinny guys with rock-hard abs, I personally like some cushioning. I don't know if it's your thing, but if you want a good exercise workout tape Richard Simmons' Sweatin' to the Oldies is a lot of fun. The people in the tapes are heavy, not like the men and women in those Yoga and kickboxing tapes. I just make sure I do it somewhere my neighbors can't see me. I don't know what'd they think if they saw me dancing around like a nut.

hi i was wondering if someone could give me a few tips. I recently went back to school and a few of my freinds noticed i had got quite chubby over the few weeks we had off school, i could tell they had noticed because they cept glancing over at my belly in the changing rooms. Also one of the girls in my class was going round to all the boys pokeing there bellys to see whos was the hardest an when she came to me i tensed my abs as much as i could but my belly was still podgy and she said "too blubbery". Could someone please give me some advice on how to loose the chubbyness. thanks!

i just thought id pass on a tip;food is fuel why have more than you need?ya also know whats horrible?ppl try and make food'fun'its not supposed to be!!i hate the commercial for the hershy bar because the lady says she can forget everything when she eats it.i think that if ur stressed pamper yourself!!take a bath, have an at home spa!read a book,exercise because it really makes you happy!!and ALWAYS tell yourself u can do it!and if you want to eat a certain thing like carrots but dont like how they taste,say i luuuuv carrots!!!!or i hhhaaaatte sugar its soooooo gross!!!okay well belive in yourself and food is fuel not an activity!!

Hi im 300lbs and ive lost 20 lbs, but im confused and need help.I really want to lose the weight and be really Thin, BUT, i kinda like being overweight, its wierd. i don't know whether to continue losing weight or stay as i am. wot do u lot think?is there any else out there who is happy about being overweight?please tell me wot u think?
