that sounds good but there is no need to wear a garbage bag. Sweating is simply a result of your body being overheated, and its purpose is to cool you down. By wearing a garbage bag you are stopping your bodys normal process of cooling itself. This is seriously a bad idea and it will not make you lose body fat. Even if you lose water youll have to replace it anyway. And also to whoever said you have to go to a gym you dont have to waste money to lose weight just do your stairs its a good idea.

Its ok if you dont like exercise. Some people like indoors stuff and reading its just who you are. BUT exercise is really important. It will help you lose weight. Do you have a dog? If so walk your dog every afternoon for 20 mins. Take a walkman and listen to your favourite music. You wont even realise you are exercising! Just do whatever exercise you enjoy. And also remember to keep your food intake down!!! Hope this has helped you! Bye

you shouldnt do too much when you are first starting out. Also, if you dont like workouts dont do em. I hate with a passion doing weights or anything, but i love walking, so i do that. I lost heaps of weight before by walking for 30 mins or more. It gets you puffed but not tired. What you should do is BUILD your exercise time. YOur body needs time to get fitter and fitter. Try doing less then build it up when you get better at it. Hope this helps!

did you know that if you walk a distance and run a distance it burns the same amount of calories? this is because although you work harder with running it takes a shorter time. If you enjoy running then go for it. Make sure you get some proper running shoes and do streches before and after. Start with 5 mins or whatever you can handle then build up. If you enjoy it do it but I suggest that you do an exercise you like. If you dont enjoy it you wont stick to it. I hate running but love walking and ive been doing it almost every day for the last 2-3 years. a good tip is you could take a walkman/sports radio or your dog with you, I do that cause then pple dont give you this look like "oh shes trying to lose weight" its "shes walking her dog" sounds stupid but i feel people do put a label on you when you diet and exercise. Good luck!!

no! it is better to do the 30 mins. Even better is 40 mins like 5 x week. I do 40 mins 6x week. See, when you exercise your heart rate goes up and for good quality aeorbic exercise you should keep that heart pumping for at least 30 mins. Any more exercise than 30 mins and your body will have used its energy (from your food you ate that day) and will revert to using fat from your body. So keep up the good work!! Its hard to do that 40 min but when your done you will feel great! Keep going! LIZ

Getting tapes would be a good idea. You can do aerobics or tae-boe in your living room. You can buy elastic workout bands to tone those "flabby" places, too. I know what you mean about working out in public, and this was what I did for many years to get started.

Hi. I am in college and last semester I took a health and fitness course. A lot of people think it is bad to exercise everyday, but honestly it isn't. As long as you aren't run down, or feeling sick from the exercising then it is perfectly healthy to do. Everyday I do 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of pilates which is kind of like yoga, 20 minute walk, and crunches. So, I think that as long as you don't feel faint, loose breath or anything like that when you exercise it is perfectly fine. If you do just take a day off. Good job on your exercising and I hope you reach your goal. GOOD LUCK!

if you like to eat a lot then eat a lot of fruits and veggies. if you must have something junky foody type only have one a day. exercising is not that bad. you don't have to exercise everyday but i do. try exercises 3 times a day for half an hour. if half an hour it too long for you break it up. do 15 min in the morning and then 15 more in the evening. or you can break it up more by 15 min a day 6 days a week. whatever works best for you.
