ps. i pretty much lost the weight by exercising and eating smaller portions of everything. also...dont think you diet is over just because you mess up once, just start again from there.

hey! i just wanted to wish everybody luck. I messed up yesterday, but I've decided to "pretend" to start over. By keeping a journal about what I ate, and not eating to many treats, and making sure i get all the veggies and fruits that i need each day. I'm feeling better...and I'm excited that I'm not just quiting a giving up just because I messed up once. So to anybody who messed up once, or more, just keep trying. ;-) Bye.

i did the same thing. one day i splurged. i was upset the whole day. but then i just stopped, and the next day i pretended like i was starting the diet over. And did everything right. it's working for me again. ;-) good luck.

have you read "story lawrence" on the main teen section? I thought it was rather inspiring on this. Just remember, The mistake of overeating too much, isn't going to change the solution of how to lose weight. So if you mess up in the morning, don't through the day away, dust yourself off, and try again.

Hey guys, I have to share a little mess-up of mine. I had some foods I shouldn't have today, and I didn't exercise. But I plan on going right back to the diet tomorrow. I think sharing my failures as well as my successes with you all will help me stay on track. Talk to you all later.

i heard that once some one messes up on a diet they kind of say to them selves "o well, i'll start this diet tomorrow (or next week) till then i'm piggin out!" u shouldn't tell your self that, u should realize that u aren't following your diet and get back on track asap.

giving in to a little temptation here or there won't kill you (sure it'll slow things down) you just need to work on your will power. say no and then just walk away, do something to take your mind off snacking.
